When The Girl Asks You Out

 After 3 days of ignoring my calls i got a text from Daisy.

"I'm coming to pick you up at 8:00pm tonight. Be ready outside of your house. xxx"

I just sent back an okay and then I continued on with my day.

At 7:30 i hopped into the shower and got ready. By 7:55 I was sitting on my front steps waiting for her.

Suddenly she pulled up infront of my house in her white KIA, and i got in and we drove off. We were driving towards the coast and i knew she was taking me to the beach. Her hair was down and she was wearing an orange pantsuit. She looked really tired. 

We arrived at the same beach I proposed to her on and we got out of the car. She grabbed a picnic basket out of the boot and locked her car. We walked down to the sand and she laid out a blanket. We both sat down and after a few minutes of silence she got up and straddled me. We started passionately making out and before long my shirt was off. We continued like this for a few more minutes before I rolled us over and I was on top of her, our tongues still intertwined. 

"Stop."

I stopped.

We sat up and she turned and looked at me. 

"Before we go on I have to tell you something."

I picked up her hand and gently kissed it.

"Anything."

"You love me right?"

"Of course I do. Why would you doubt that?"

"I just need to be sure."

"C'mon baby just tell me whats on your mind?"

"I'm pregnant."

"Oh my god..."

"I know."

"Is this what the doctors were all about?"

"Yeah."

"I love you Daisy."

"What do we do?"

"Not abortion."

"Agreed."

"Adoption?"

"I don't know."

"We'll figure it out sweetie. I love you so much."

"I love you too."

"And i love our baby."

Our baby... We're gonna have a baby. We're only 17 but we can do this. I know we can. Ive gotta be here for Daisy and this baby. Even if that means giving it to someone else. Neither of us want that but it may be for the best. Right now we're laying on the beach, the three of us together in each others arms.
