Me, Garroth and Raven his Wyvern friend were in the house with the chicken pen. Garroth was sending letters to the surrounding villages.
"Ah alright. Oh Garroth is here! Wait that's not a raven that's a Wyvern, It's - it's kinda the same thing." Aphmau said as she walked through the door mumbling the last part to herself.
"Little Levin! Oh he's going to grow up to be something, I can feel it! Oh, have you met my raven?" Garroth asked with a smile. "Uh... I thought he was a bird?" "What haha! No, his name is Raven. He's a baby Wyvern, the runt of his litter to be exact. He won't get much bigger than this, his mom tried to eat him until I stepped in. Kept him since. He's the one who carries letters to and from. He's not very social, but today is special, he's actually sitting by my side - must know I'm hurt. Anyway, go about your way today is a party day, no need for the company of an injured guard. Take care of little levin" Garroth said. For the rest of the day was pretty much just Garroth writing letters and then when it came time to go, I protected him from any monsters that came within ten feet of him.
**Later that day**
Garroth and I went to go see Levin. After being there a while Aphmau walked in.
"uh.. Oh look, speak of the freaking devil, Garroth!" Aphmau said shocked.
"Aphmau a word... I'm sorry I didn't let you know I was coming. I have some news... about Levin's origins." Garroth said sadly.
"Oh no." aphmau said sadness showing in her voice. "
"Yes... it seems a mother somewhere in the south region, Past the ocean has reported her baby boy missing. The reports came in just this morning... seeing as it's so far South they didn't reach us in time. But... I mean, I want to see Levin home safely that is for sure. But I don't trust it Aphmau, so... what I want to ask of you is... Will you go and investigate it? I don't want to send Levin on a trip (In our favorite rocket ship, zooming through the sky XD) across sea only to find out it's not the same child she's missing. He could get hurt or worse! So I want to ask you Aphmau... will you go and make sure this is her baby? I'll send with you a crystal that contains his image so you can assure her he's safe if he is hers. Just... I need to make sure. Will you do this?"
"Of course..." She said looking down at the floor.
" Thank you. I know you of all people have the most on the line here. I'll take absolute care of Levin while you are gone, Just... prepare yourself. I have never been to the South and goodness knows what is out there." Garroth said trying to sound happy.
