Marissa POV

I had to stay here for hours because they said they wanted to ask me more questions . I had to go to their holding room where they hold the criminals . I hate being in here . Its nasty and it really smells .

"Marissa your lawyer here " one of the officer's said .

I got up and walked out the door . "So what you got" I said to her

"Well seems like they found more evidence on you . They think you might of had something to do with Patty Flowers disappearance "

Oh my god I don't want to hear her name anymore . I hate that bitch . "Will I be able to go home today "

"I'm afraid not , you have to stay here until they say you are innocent . And also your family are going to have to move out the house , because that house is now label as a crime scene  for now ,  until they prove that you had nothing to do with Patty Flowers . They believe she was over your house the night she went missing . So I know you have a husband and child do you want to explain to them why they have to leave or I will . "

"It's ok I got it , and will would they have to leave the house "

"Probably a month , but you would have time to call him tomorrow and be aware they are going to be listening to your conversation so if I was you I would chose my words wisely or it will be held towards you "

"Ok thank you "

"You are very welcome , tomorrow you will be able to make your phone call , and also ill see you in about 30 minutes because I will also like to see what they have found so prepare yourself "

My heart started to beat fast as she walked away . I wonder what they found .

Steven POV

When I got home my dad was on the couch with his hands over his face "Pops are you ok "

"Your mom might be going to jail "

"Wait why "

"I don't know , I tried to call up there and I drove up there but they wouldn't let me see her "

"I'm sure its nothing probably a speeding ticket she didn't pay "

"I just hope so " he said and got up and pulled something out the oven .

"What's that " I said walking in the kitchen .

"It was me and your mother dinner but I'm guessing she's not coming back tonight , so you can have some " he said pouring him some wine .

"No thanks I got a date " I said grabbing a towel and rag out the dryer .

"Remember what I said "

"I know I know , wrap it up "  I said then I pulled out my phone and texted Dana to remind her that I'm picking her up at 9 , and its 8 now

"That's right " he said then his phone started to ring and the caller ID said babe . I looked over and saw my mom phone sitting on the table . I wonder is that is .

David POV

When my phone started to ring I hurried and grabbed it then went outside .

Unknown - " Babe I miss you when you coming back "

"I will soon , everything ok "

"No not really , I haven't been feeling well and been throwing up every morning "

"I'm sure its not nothing serious , just wait it out and if it still happening go to the hospital "

"Ok well how is your business trip up there "

"Its good but I have to go my boss want me off the phone "

"Ok love you babe "

"Love you to "

I hung up the phone and went back in the house , damn that was close .

"Alright pops I'm bout to hop in the shower and get dress because its almost about time to go pick up Dana "

Dana POV

When we left he drop me off at his condo and went back to work . Man he never get no breaks off . I look at the time and it was 8 . I was looking through the bags when I got a text from Steven he said to remember our date and to be ready because he will be by shortly . I texted him the address and jump in the shower . I got out and lotion my body . I put on this white dress with some white high heels . I went in the bathroom and flat ironed  my hair . Then I got a text from Steven saying he was on his way . I can't wait till this date but I'm still sad I'm leaving  tomorrow . I grabbed my purse then I heard him honk the horn .

Steven POV

I got out the shower and put on some black and white Nike's jogger and a long sleeve button down white T-shirt and my black and white jays . When I finished getting dress  I grabbed my keys and phone and I was out the door . I texted Dana and told her I was on my way and she texted back ok . I stop buy this flower shop called Pots and brought some red roses for her then I was on my way to pick her up . When I got to the house I honked the horn and she came out . I got out my car walked on the other said of the car and opened the door .

"You look amazing " I said looking at her .

"Thank you , you look amazing also " she said while kissing my cheek . She got in the car and I closed the door and got in the car also .

" Put this on " I said handing her a blindfold .

"Why " she said looking at me weird

"Because I want this to be a surprise "

"Ok" she put it over her eyes and I waved my hand to make sure she wasn't peeking and drove off . As soon as we got there I got out the car and got her out the car as well .

"Where am I " she said holding my hands .

"Look " I said taking off her blindfold

Dana POV

When he took of my blindfold I saw we was at the beach with a big table and sun tent .

"Oh my god this is beautiful "

"All for you " he said kissing my hand.

When we walked over to table and two servers came walking over to the table setting down a glass of champagne for both of us and a lobster dinner .

"You didn't have to do this "

"I wanted to , when I first met you it was like love at first sight . I couldn't stop thinking about you . You different from all the other girls and I love that about you  . Its just sad that I got feelings for you and we can't be together . " he said

"Aww I didn't know you felt that way about me . Trust me I don't want to leave either but this is what I have to do . I promise I will call you "

"I hope so " he said kissing my hand ."I got something for you " he said reaching in his pocket , taking out a box and grabbing some flowers from beside him . " This is for you " he handed it to me .

"Aww thank you " I opened the box and it had a diamond necklace . " Oh my God its beautiful "

"Let me put it on you " He grabbed it and put it on my neck . I got up and turned around and kissed him . One thing lead to another , next thing you know we was under the tent kissing

"You sure you ready this time " he said unwrapping his condom he got out his pocket .

"Yes " I said then he put it on and inserted inside me slowly . It hurt so bad but after awhile it started to feel so good . And I didn't want to tell him but I have feeling for him to .
