Holden's pov~
I felt so guilty for hitting Analeigh. I thought of every way to say sorry. I know now that I can just give her a gift. She didn't even move. Her eyes just started to water as the bruise got worse. All I saw was hate and tears of pain in her eyes. I heard my phone ring and noticed it was Analeigh.
I hope you know I didn't do ANYTHING.😡 I felt a stab of guilt in my stomach
How do I know that anyway I'll see you tomorrow.
You wish. She said.
I decided to get her a piece of jewelry to say sorry.
Analeigh's pov~
Sitting at my table with Irving because James was sick felt empty and weird. Then of course Houlden walked up. He was holding a fancy silver box in his hand,"If your here to apologize I don't want to hear it."
"Listen I got you something. You will love it forever and probably forgive me." He had a guilty look on his face. Then he gave the box to me. I opened it and found a beautiful leather bracelet with my name carved into it. I gasped as he blushed and continued to look at the ground. "Houlden it's beautiful." I said barely above a whisper.
"Please forgive me Analeigh. I'm so, so, soooo sorry." I nodded yes and we hugged.
Irvings pov~
It was disgusting. I cleared my throat and gagged. Analeigh laughed she sat back down and I said,"You know he likes you right?" She blushes and stares at the ground. I have to admit, Analeigh is pretty hot. She's got a great personality but she denies it. I get so mad when she does. I was there when both her parents died.
Flashback:
"Let's go out to eat." Analeigh's mom said. Just before we left a guy walked in with a gun and said,"Give me the girl or she dies." I was trembling holding onto her dad. The man was holding the gun to her head. Her dad said," Put the gun down." And he tried to tackle him. Soon we all heard a shotgun her dad fell to the ground. Then her mom was shot in the head me and Analeigh sprinted out of the house sobbing going for the police. Analeigh's parents were pronounced dead on the way to the hospital. It was decided that Analeigh would live with James for awhile.
