Chapter 3 Freak Week
Dear Primitive Robot Diary,
As if things weren't going bad enough around here, things reached a new level. While I had fainted, the vast majority of the school escaped to retreat to the safety of their homes. But you know who didn't escape?! Me and 3 of my worst enemies!
To make things worse, we now seemed to be barricaded in the school by various instruments including the retched cellos that knocked me and Crush out! That's right, the very same Crush I just confessed my love to! Not only that but I did it in a way that was as awkward as watching a flamingo fly! Somehow, none of this was worse than having heard Crush, my crushiest crush ever, say how he didn't feel anything for me, during what can only be called, the rocky horror love song. I didn't even get the chance to look at him when he spoke because my 3 atrocious rivals, the plastics of the modern era, came into the science lab which we were now resided in.
The first one is Stormy. Stormy just so happens to be the one that made that horrible pun at the end of my last entry about her own name. It was so bad I actually screamed "I hate it!" but it came out as "I ate it!" and everyone, including Crush, looked at me like I put the freak in freak week, and so for the rest of the day I didn't speak.
They probably didn't really look at me like that, but I was so embarrassed by everything that happened it felt like I was sinking the same way I feel my heart sink when I look into Crush's eyes and his wavy blue hair that makes me feel like I'm walking on a beach when I'm beside him. Though that could just also be because of his floral shirts...
Whoops! Sorry diary, I drifted off, anyway... Stormy, real name Gilly, is one of the hottest chicks I have ever seen, and one who I have suspicions that Banana is head over peels for! You know, except for that tiny, little exception that said hotness seemed to rub off on her personality and cause her well known fiery temper.
She once left someone's party because they didn't have salsa and then proceeded to buy several containers of salsa, dump them on said someone's car the next day, take a single chip, dip it, and eat it with a satisfied smirk in front of them. This stuff ends up with teachers groaning a drawn out "Gilly!" before she makes her way to the principal's office. Somehow Banana still can't shut up about her.
With Stormy, was her two best friends. Queenslay, who nicknamed himself that and due to the fact that he's head cheerleader and dating Harry, the jock, (typical, I know), everyone just went with it and-
"HEY! If it weren't for my knee injury last year, I would have totally rocked those pom-poms better than him at tryouts! In fact, better than in anyone in any 90's cheerleading movie!" Marmie yelled defensively into my ear.
"Marmie you aren't supposed to be reading over my shoulder!" Lace shrieked!
"Oh so now we're not supposed to read people's diaries, I had NO idea. I was just making sure you included that part." Marmie said sarcastically. "Besides, it wasn't reading... just a little light skimming. Anyway have you seen Banana? I can't find her anywhere." Marmie asked.
I shook my head and suggested maybe she check the library, since Banana loved to read. Marmie agreed and began to electric slid down the hall while somehow incorporating jazz hands in a way that made it seem... beautiful? Sadly, that wasn't apart of Day 3 of Freak Week, it was just Marmie.
As I was saying... The 3rd addition to our freak week group was the worst one. Her name? Biranda.
Biranda, yes, you heard me right diary, her name is Biranda. Why you ask? Because her uncle and mom couldn't decide between the names Brandon and Miranda. What.
