Bucky was there, his arm trapped in a vice.

"Buck," I spoke, "Do you remember me?"

He looked up from the ground, "Your mom's name was Sarah. You used to wear newspaper in your shoes."

"One time you peed the be- " Before Bucky could finish, I put my hand in front of his mouth.

"Okay, I think we get it," I panicked from embarrassment.

Bucky smiled, and choked out a small laugh, "Remember that time you dared me to lick the swing set?"

Sam looked at me with the most confused expression and I sighed. Bucky had always remembered this differently.

"I didn't dare you to lick the swing set. I said 'Bucky, don't lick the swing set' and then you said 'Don't tell me what to do', punched me and licked the swing set."

"I did it because I knew you'd worry," Bucky continued to look up at me, "It made me feel like you were my brother when you did that. Even though you were younger, you still looked out for me. Even after 70 years, that hasn't changed."

I smiled and looked over at Sam who said, "Captain America's a crazy one."

Bucky looked at us, "So was that little guy from Brooklyn."
