A new gift

" Good morning Carla..it's time to get up.." He calls from the other side of the door.. Wait a minute  this isn't my bed..this isn't Felix's bed.. Where am I? The walls are a greenish gray, like they have been exposed to mold and smoke maybe even mildew.. What the hell...the bed creeks and cracks as I push myself up out of it.. My clothes.. I'm in the same dress as I was last night when.."come on bum get out of that old bed.." Felix calls out again, I'm coming damn it..you sleep in this bed and you see how fast you move in the morning.. "You're the one who chose to sleep in the bed up here..I offered you my bed..but you refused..after we finished last night.. You told me you were tired and I offered you my bed but you ran out and came up here." What the hell...that's not what happened...I woke up in his bed..and then we had an amazing day..and he asked me to marry him..Felix asked me to marry him...I'm sure I said yes..I would die just at the opportunity to marry him..I would love to rule at his side..."Carla?"

"Um yeah?" I say opening the door looking at him..his eyes full of sleep..his cheeks a rosey red as if he had just gotten up himself.. I was sure that I had slept in his bed..and that I woke up to him telling me that I was the reason for his existence...what is going on here..."I thought I slept with you last night..."

"Well you 'slept' with me...but once we ya know...you left.." He says looking into the empty room behind me...what is he talking about...he asked me to marry him..and I said yes...or at least I think I did.

"No...I didn't I woke up and you were telling me about how much you loved me and cared for me and all of that...you said that I was the only reason for your existence Felix..." He looks at me with a blank expression as if he has no clue what on earth I'm talking about. "Felix you asked me something...you asked me to ma-" he pulls me into a kiss stepping back into the room shutting the door behind him not breaking contact with my lips.. What is this.." Felix stop we have to talk about this.." I say breaking the kiss..he looks at me again biting his lip. One day I promise you I will bite that off!

"Now now Carla..you know what I've said about biting things off" he laughs running his hand across my cheek down my neck and onto my shoulder.. " I havent asked you to marry me Carla... Not yet.. " he says quietly.. " you dreamt that.."No I didn't. It happened..I could feel his touch, I could see it feel it all...this happened...I couldn't have dreamt it.. Everything felt so real...it couldn't have been a dream.. It couldn't have.. "How exactly did it happen..me asking you to marry me? "

"I woke up and you were talking about me and all that jazz.. You know..how you love me and if only I could realize just how much I meant to you and that I was the reason you were alive and then I told you how perfect the night was and you agreed and then you told me you were going out and you said that I could go but I said no..well then we ended up fighting about the Annabella bitch and then.. You were sweet talking me and all that...then...you said 'Carla if I didn't love you and care about you...I wouldn't ask..I have never asked another woman to marry me because I knew that I had someone out there who would be absolutely perfect for me...well that woman is you....Carla you are all I could ever want..all I could ever need...you are everything. Carla Dawn...will you marry me?'...that's what happened...it wasn't a dream...it couldn't have been...it felt all to real...."

"Honey..." He says brushing my hair out of my eyes and resting his thumb on my cheek..his touch sent tingling feelings that felt like electricity bolting up my arm.. I want the proposal to be real..."that was my plan for tonight...what you had was a vision...it didn't really happen...not yet any way.." He say covering his mouth pondering on the so called vision..what the hell...now I have visions...reading minds and visions..maybe I should run away and join the damn freak show. "Don't say that Carla...you are not a freak..you are beautiful..and sweet...as well as highly intelligent.. Carla... This is a gift..." He says trying to make me feel better... "And you didn't ruin anything..  It will all play out..just in a little bit of time.." 

He had a pan to propose to me and I seen it coming? Maybe this whole vision thing will be a good 'gift'. Maybe I could use it to see what our future together will be like...maybe we will have this big huge wedding and invite all of his family and mi...wait..I forgot...my family threw me to the 'freaks'...I don't think I can say that now though..considering I am one. So I guess our wedding will just have all of his family and friends.. We could have kids..I want a baby so bad.. My hand rubbing my empty belly..I really want a baby.. I don't see Felix as the baby type..he just don't have that daddy personality..(he likes to be called daddy..but I'm not so into that) "Felix.."

"Yes my love" his hands are so soft..I wish I knew how he got them like that..his nails are perfect..almost to perfect tho..I don't like that fact that he has prettier nails than me, it would make me question his sexuality if I hadn't already...well ya know.. I place my hands over his moving them down of my belly..."Carla what is it?" He chuckles in that deep sexy tone..

"I want a baby..."

"You what?"

"I want a baby Felix...and speaking of babies..where is your little sister..I haven't seen her since I got here and that's been months and months ago.." He pulls away crossing his arms over his chest.

"She hasn't been home mother and father sent her away to some kind of boarding school, she will be home in a few weeks...and she doesn't know about anything hat has happened...like you turning..and how or why it happened. " um okay? It's not like it really matters to me if she knows right now or not but she will find out eventually.. Nothing can stop that.

"I'm sorry for asking..I was just wondering because I haven't seen here since I got here.."

"It's alright Carla, but back to the original point...you want a baby?" He says with a shocking tone. The sparkle in his eyes growing brighter.

"Yes Felix...I want a baby.... Your baby."

Felix's POV

I certainly have a girl in my hands that I can hardly handle. Before I know it Carla is going to much much stronger, much more powerful than I could have even dreamt of being. To have her ruling at my side would be the greatest honor I could ever have...well..that and having little Carla babies. She will make an outstanding mother..I can only imagine the way she will glow when she is big enough to show...She doesn't know yet...hell Im not even for certain..they say that a vampire knows the moment when he impregnates someone..  I've never done that..so I'm not sure what exactly the feeling is..but every time I look at her I hear the faint pitter patter of a heart...the spawn of a vampire grows more rapidly than one of a human, where a human is pregnant 9 months...a vampires young is only carried for 5.. Vampire pregnancies come at a high cost, she will need blood and lots of it.. This child will take a lot out of her.. The baby could kill her if we aren't careful... Things like this in a vampires world can be deadly..If she is pregnant then I need to move fast...have us married, and a short honey moon so people do not think I have slept with a slave girl before I married her. It will already be an outrageous ordeal because I have fallen for a slave, and to knock one up before I marry..father will have my head served on a silver platter.   Im not scared of what he will do to me..but what he will do to Carla and our baby..

So..what do you think so far..message me and/or comment and let me know..give me some ideas on what you think should happen, I'm sorry I haven't updated for a while..there have been some family issues and I just haven't had time. Will Carla carry the unborn without a problem..or will she take a turn for the worse?
