chapter five: is this a date?

Ross' POV:

I'm taking y/n over to watch some dbs. And its really awesome that I get to hang out with her.
Driving around we just sang along to randome songs playing on the radio and just having a grand old time. Then next thing you know we went to a horrible, horrible pun war. This went on for the rest of the ride. Time went along for trh pun war but I think max died like at the start. He would stop saying kill me now after someone cracked a pun. As soon as we parked. Max booked it out the door. Timtim went to....where ever he goes. And me and y/n went over to watch dbs.
It was nice hanging out with her. We sat there in silence for awhile but laughed and debated certain parts. It was amazing. At one point we both focused in on one part. And I guess subconsciously y/n rested her head on my shoulder.... and well I may of put my arm around her shoulder.
We didn't say anything just stayed there like that until the end. It was really silent.

But then max joined us. And let's just say... Y/n and max got in a huge undertake debate.

Max," napstablook is the best."

Y/n," beg to differ. Temmie is the greatest "

Max," listen. temmie you meent once. So napstablook."

Y/n," temmie!"

Max," Napstablook!"

Ross," papyrus!"

Max," yeah. I guess so.."

Y/n," I can agree there. "

Ross," hey. Umm. Y/n its getting late."

Y/n," oh shoot it is. I should get to the motel I'm staying at."

Ross," need a ride there?"

Y/n," yeah. That be great."

Max,"bye y/n! I still think napstablook is better!"

Y/n," in your dreams, bye!"

We exit the building and go to my car. We get in and drive down to the motel y/n told me.
We got there and we'll before she got out I stopped y/n.

Ross," do you think... We can hang out like this again some other time?"

Y/n," y-yeah. Of course. Bye Ross"

Ross," bye y/n"

She closed the door and walked into the motel. I drove back home and before I got out I keep thinking to myself. did I just ask her on a date? Was today like a mini date?! I'm So confused! I think I like y/n, more than just as a friend. But I'm not sure if she feels the same....

Is it a date then?
