"Louis! Can you check the mail for me, love? I'm in the bath!" Louis hears his mother yell from upstairs. He grumbles as he stands up and places the two year old boy he's carrying on the ground.

"Comin', Caleb?" Louis turns around, raising a brow at his smaller brother. Caleb smiles through his pacifier and nods his head, "yes, I follow."

"Alright, let's go buddy," Louis motions for the door. He walks towards it, asking for Caleb's hand. The little boy happily grabs his hand as they walk out of the house in the cold, Louis shivering a bit at the nipping weather.

"Jesus, it's cold out here," He mumbles, rubbing his arm repeatedly, the other hand holding on to Caleb's small, chubby wrist. "Correct me if I'm wrong Cal, but I came to California for the sun. Where is it, huh?" Louis complains while picking up Caleb, placing him on his hip. The little boy just smiles and points at the sun above their heads.

"You know what I meant!" Louis exclaims as Caleb laughs. The little toddler gazes at Louis for a bit before snapping out of his daze and furrowing his eyebrows in concentration.

"Sing, Lulu," Caleb mumbles as Louis moves him to one side of his hip. With his free hand, he opens the mail slot and grabs all the papers shoved in there, along with a small package.

"Whatcha want me to sing, love?" Louis asks, going through all the papers. Bills mostly. He doesn't get to search through all the letters because Caleb was starting to talk and Louis didn't wanna miss a single word his little brother said.

"Happy," Caleb murmurs.

He still can't pronounce the song title correctly but nonetheless, Louis knows what he's talking about.

"Happily?" Louis asks, bouncing Caleb on his hip.

"Yes!" Caleb claps, starting to squirm around so Louis could let him down.

"Alright you little devil," Louis agrees, letting the boy go and watching as he sits down on the concrete floor.

"Caleb, babe, the floor is freezing," Louis speaks, making the child huff to stand up and run inside the house.

When Louis gets inside, he see's Caleb sitting on the living room floor, a guitar next to his little feet.

"How did you get that in here!" Louis wonders, putting the mail down on the coffee table and sitting on the floor with the small toddler. Caleb just giggles and says "magic, Lulu."

"Alright, love," Louis nods, picking up the guitar and beginning to strum the chords. He coughs a bit to warm up his voice and soon begins singing.

"You don't understand you don't understand," his voice dances with melody.

"You got the mail, Lou?" Emily asks, fully dressed now as her two year old comes running into her arms.

"Yeah, mom. All on the coffee table," Louis responds, continuing to strum his guitar in hopes of coming up with something to produce into a song.

"You got something. I believe from Harry," Emily murmurs, not paying any attention at the package and just handing it to Louis as she continues looking through the mail.

At the name of Harry, Louis perks up, setting his instrument down and grabbing the package with a small smile.

"Jeez, I've missed him," Louis admits, going to rip open the package.

Inside of the package is a small journal and a USB drive. Posted on the journal is a small note reading, 'you might wanna read the journal first and then go for the USB :) -Harry x'
