Fishing

Kylie's POV

I see where Daniel is headed. 

"Where are we going?"

He ignores me and keeps driving until we get to a lake. 

"We are going fishing."

"Why?" I say. Fishing isn't really my thing...anymore

"Because you love it."

"Oh and what genius told you that?"

"The one that will be kept secret. Anyways I thought you'd have fun."

"Uhh," I hesitate, I haven't been able to fish in 2 years. "Umm yea sure we could give it a try. I guess if you want."

"That's the whole point why were here."

He leads me over to a boat and I wait there while he gets the rods. 

"Here you go." Handing me a rod. He satrts rwoing out into the middle of the lake. The perfect spot to fish. The spor my... I break down. Tears start streaming down my face. 

"Hey hey hey babe what's wrong?"

"I...I...I can't do...do this I thought I'd be fine but I...I...just can't."  He comes close and put's his arm around me. 

"It's ok I'm here. What's up?"

"Well...I used to fish...with my dad and he... You know passed 2 years ago...Well you didn't know but yeah. Fishing was kinda our thing and I was really close to him. I haven't fished since his death."

"Oh Kylie I... I had no idea-"

"And you woulnd't because I don't talk about it."

"You know my uncle died (a/n not really just in pretend ok) and I was close to him. He kinda inspired me to become a singer."

"Sl your saying I should make my living off of fish" and we laugh 

"Yea that's exaclty what I'm saying." And we laigh some more. "No but really. Sometimes you can still do those things you loved and it can actully make you feel like they never left."

"Maybe your right."

"Wanna give it another try."

"Sure." I say and we try it again. Daniel keeps making me laugh and makes me feel a lot better. Safe I guess.

Daniels POV

I cuff my hands together and pick ip some of the water and spalsh it onto Kylie.

"Hey! No splashing on the boat!" She says and laughs

"My bad." And I turn around to grab my rod whena splash of water hits me.

"Hey! No splashing on the boat!" I say 

"Whoops." And she laughs at me. Then we start splashing each other with the water and the boat starts tipping until its upside down and were in the water. 

"Kylie! Kylie!" I say when I get my head out of the water and don't see her.

"I...I...can't swim Daniel!" I hear her screama and swim over to her.

"Kylie!" I grab onto her and she take me and pushes me into the water. 

"Suka!"

"Hey not cool!"

"I'm cool!" We start laughing. Maybe I thought wrong about her. 

We dry off and get the things to get back home and get into the car. 

Kylie's POV

"That was actually funner then I thought."

"You know funner isn't really a word."

"And who are you to say what a word is and isn't?" And we laugh. "But I'm serious I really liked hanging today." 

"Yea me too. Glad I got you back out there."

"Me too. Thanks."

"Hey don't thank me. Thank Blake he's the one that told me to take you fishing."

Blake?

"Oh...You're friends with Blake?"

"Yea and I wasn't sure where to take you so I asked him for some advice." 

"Why Blake?"

"He said you guys were close before and that he could help me out."

"Oh."

"Was he lying? Or something cause you don't seem to be so sure."

"No, no. You don't have to talk to him about this. He's your friend anyway."

We got out of the car and he walked me to my house. 

"So I'll see you tomorrow?" He says. 

"Yea.. Wait! I'm supposed to hang out with Hayes. Sorry how about I makeit up to you some other time." I say to him as I hug him. 

"Hayes?"

"Hey. Your my boyfriend. Ok."

"Yea fine. Whatever."

"Hey hey. Me and Hayes are just friends."

"Ok. I trust you." He says leans in...
