Truth

Kylie's POV

Daniel opens the door for me and I get into the car. He starts driving and we don't talk. It's not awkward though is nice. He parks and I know why he brought me here. We're at the pizza place that we went to after we ditched school that first day. I get out of the car and start to head in that direction when Daniel stops me. 

"Nope if we're doing this we're doing it right." he says and turns me around towards the movie theater. Above it says Happy anniversary Kylie. I hug Daniel. He is so sweet. I don't care about his past I love him now and I even loved him then too. We get inside and we get a large popcorn and a large soda just like before with 2 straws. He rented out the entire theater for just the two of us. We sit down in the middle of it all... his arm around me my head resting on his shoulder.  The movie starts playing and I realize that it's playing Paper Towns. I look up at Daniel.

"Aww you're the best boyfriend ever Daniel!" I say and kiss him on the cheek and rest my had on his shoulder again. 

"Well I do have the best girlfriend don't I?" he says and leans in our lips together for a small sweet moment. 

The movie ends and we get up to go get pizza. We walk side by side arms linked. Daniel holds the door open for me and we walk in and sit down at a table. I hear a click like from a phone when it takes a picture and look around. Daniel was just sitting down so it wasn't him. Oh well it doesn't matter. A waiter comes by and we order our food and everything is a blast. This pizza place isn't one of those nice fancy ones but its kinda like a cafe.  It's nice. The pizza gets here and we dig in. We laugh and it's all so much fun. Everything is finally falling into place. I have my best friend back for the 2nd time and I have an amazing boyfriend who actually cares about me unlike my last boyfriend and they are getting along pretty well now and finally finally my ex has left me alone. I couldn't be happier right now and nothing could ruin this. 

After dinner we get back into Daniel's car and drive.

"Do you remember what we did after pizza?" 

"Yea I made you go back to school before we got in trouble." I say

"Exactly. So since I'm kinda recreating that day that's our next stop."

"DANIEL NO MIDDLE NAME SKYE WE ARE NOT BREAKING INTO SCHOOL!" I say 

"I promise we are not breaking into school Ky were just going there."

"Alright," I say,"I trust you."

We keep driving until we get to the school parking lot. It's deserted but who would actually want to be here when you don't have to be. Daniel leads the way and we head to the fire escape ladder. Daniel starts climbing it and gives me a hand to help me up. Before I take it I say,"Daniel Skye you're crazy and I love you for that." and hoist myself up behind him. We climb all the way until we get onto the roof and I am in aww. The skyline is breathe taking. and I see Daniel on the rooftop with a dozen roses in his hands and he walks up to me and hands them to me right after a passionate kiss. He takes out his phone and starts playing a slow song. "May I have this dance?" he says. I laugh I take his hand. We dance like idiots on the roof and laugh. This day has been amazing. The song is over and Daniel leads me to a blanket he set up and we sit down. There is a basket and he takes out a bowl of chocolate covered strawberry's. "How did you know I loved these?" I ask. and he shrugs.

"Lucky guess?" He says and I laugh.

"You're mom told me." He says handing me one. 

"So look I have something to tell you and it's really really amazing! I mean it might be a small downer but for the most part it's amazing." 

"Wait! Can we take a few cute pics together? I just wanna remember this day forever." I say and he waits a bit before he gives me and smile. "Yea sure." he says.

"Yay! Daniel you are the best boyfriend!" I say hugging him. 

"Is he really though?" A voice says. I know that voice.

"What are you doing here?" asks Daniel.

"Showing her the kind of guy you really are." He says Bryce behind him.

"Bryce tell Kylie what you made Daniel do!" I am so confused.

"We were joking around and we're boys what do you want from us."

"Just shut up and tell her what you told me."

"He's been playing with you Kylie. We did truth or dare when he started school and I dared Daniel to ask you out and go out with you for a month."

"I heard him and Hunter talking about it. How they were surprised he actually went through with and was successful with it. It's disgusting." My eyes have tears in them now and I look at Daniel.

"That's not true right?" I say softly. I don't want to break down in front of him.

"No!" He says.

"Don't lie to her!" yells Bryce. He looks at me again. I can barley look at his face.

"Daniel?"

"Okay so yes it's true but-"

"I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU! YOU'RE A JERK I HATE YOU DANIEL! " I say tears rolling down my face like crazy now.

"Ky wait listen!" I say as i grab her arm to keep her from leaving.

"WHAT?" She screams at me.

"Look I know that it sounds bad but I swear it's not like it looks. That's just how it started! I really did fall for you I swear!" He says. My whole world my whole a few minutes ago perfect world is falling apart.

"So what? Was the thing you wanted to tell me that this was all a game? It sucks for me me but it's awesome for you cause you finished your dare? huh? You're sick Daniel I hate you."

"NO! That's not- I-It's not like that at all!Ky I really care about you I swear!"

"GET AWAY FRO ME! I HATE YOU DANIEL! I HATE YOU! NEVER TALK TO ME AGAIN! NO WONDER YOU WERE ON PROBATION! HOOKING UP WITH A GIRL EVERY WEEK! AND STEALING STUFF! YOU DON'T DESERVE TO HAVE FANS WHO SUPPORT YOU LIKE THAT! NOT WHEN YOU'RE DOING THESE AWFUL THINGS TO PEOPLE DANIEL! YOU'RE A FUCKING DAD CAUSE YOU'RE SUCH A FUCKING MAN WHORE! THAT'S RIGHT I KNOW ABOUT THAT! ALL YOUR FANS DO! THEY JUST DON'T BELIEVE IT CAUSE THEY DON'T THINK YOU'RE ACTUALLY LIKE THAT BUT I GUESS THEY'RE ALL WRONG! I HATE YOU DANIEL!" I say and runs away. As fast as I can away from him.

Someone is behind me and when i finally get to the parking lot the grab my arm. I turn around to see it's Blake. 

Daniel's POV

My world has come crashing down on me. Ky just yelled at me and Blake ran after her. I was going to but Bryce was blocking my way. Blake was going to do this all along! He was the ex Ky would tell me about that treated her so awful. He had this whole thing planned from the very begging and I was just his little puppet. Now I'm getting the backlash. 

"Get out of the way!" I yell at Bryce. I have to talk to Kylie and explain everything.

"Nope. Not until Blake has left with Kylie. Boss man's orders." He says.

"Bryce get out." I say firmly. I'm not letting this happen.

"Make me." he says and I charge like a bull at him.
