The Meeting Gone Wrong

Sams pov

Dan asked me to meet his family today!
I am so nervous, he asked me a few days ago and today's the day!
I woke up and rubbed my eyes,
I tried to get up but something
anchored me down.
I looked over and Dan had his arm wrapped around my waist.
He looked adorable.
His eyes fluttered open and a smile grew on his face.
"Hey beautiful" he whispered to me.
"Awh hey babe" I said back kissing his cheek.
He pulled me closer and I rested my head on his warm chest.
"I am gonna introduce you to my family today." He whispered. "Ugh I know babe there gunna hate me!" I groaned.
"No there not if they like you half as much as I do then there going to adore you" he said.
"Anyway we should get dressed Sam" he removed his arm from my waist and looked down at me.
I didn't budge and had a frown on my face.
"I love you..." He whispered and kissed me softly.
A warm sensation ran through me.
"I love you too and I always will" I said
"And that's why I'm meeting your family"

--after getting dressed---
I walk into Dans room were he is sitting on his bed on tumblr.
"Ready" I asked
"Yeah I just... Oh god that's enough of that!" Dan shouted shutting his laptop down.
I chuckled then grabbed his hands pulling him up from his bed.
He was wearing a black t-shirt and black skinny jeans and a hoodie.
Guess what colour? Black.
I was wearing a dark blue and white skirt, a dark blue t-shirt, my favourite grey converse and my necklace with 2 triangles on it.
We need to be there by 5 and it's already 3 plus it's a 1 hour drive without traffic.
"Common lets go" dan said.
Grabbing my hands and pulling me down to the car.
As we left the house I grabbed my black bag and locked the door.
Totoro was trotting next to me and I got into the passenger seat after putting toto in the boot/dog pen.
"Ready?" Dan asked?
"Ready" I replied.

--after the drive--

"You have reached your destination" Dan said trying to sound like a gps.
"You get the dog and I will knock" dan said pecking my lips a couple times reassuringly.
I hopped out the car and popped the boot.
Totoro jumped out and stretched a bit then licked my hand and ran up to Dan then back to me.
What looked to be Dan's father opened the door and said his hellos to Dan.
He turned and looked at me, "hello you must -" he was cut off by a deep growl from Totoro who was stood in front of me protectively, the fur on his back stood up and his ears perked up. Dans dad stepped forward but Totoro lunged at him,
"No toto!" I shouted but it was too late,
I had shifted and his dad had seen.
(I don't know Dans parents actual names sorry) "Mary come quick!" David shouted and a small women with brown hair ran out and glanced at me.
"Oh my g-god... A wolf..." She said shaking.
"No no she's a shapeshifter!" I have always wanted to find one!" He said,
"Umm, mum, dad... This is my girlfriend ... Samantha... You can tell she's a shapeshifter... So.. Yeh" Dan said nervously stepping closer to me.
I shifted back to human and pulled Dan close to me feeling more safe like that.
"H-hello" I stuttered,
I knew this was a bad idea.
Toto was still barking and growling so I placed a hand on his head to sooth him.
(Acrylic is mind speaking)
I'm scared Dan.
I know babe
What are we going to do
I don't know
He hugged me tighter.

"Mary... Get her" david sniggered.
