Chapter 1: Everything is so New

Lucy's POV

I woke up knowing it was the first day of the school year. I decided to make breakfast before Natsu breaks in and eats all my food. I was about to get up until I was held back.

Yep it was him. Natsu.

His arm was wrapped around my waist and he was cuddling against my side. I felt heat rushing to my face but I shook it off. Now I have a problem.

Waking Natsu up for school.

I tried to push his arm off of me but his grip got tighter. "Natsu wake up," I said shaking him. "We got to go meet Gray and Erza before school starts."

He mumble something but went back to sleep. I shook him hard but he still was asleep.

"Natsu fxcking wake up," I said a little louder. He just hissed at me and went back to sleep.

Just then I found an idea on how to wake up Natsu. I went closer to his ear so I could whisper something that I'm sure that would wake him up.

"I'm making pancakes."

His eyes sprung open and got up. He ran into the bathroom so fast. Faster than him, eating food.

"I'm finally free," I yelled getting out of bed. I walk to the kitchen and notice Happy flew in.

"Hey Lucy," he said sitting on the counter. "Have you seen Natsu."

I turn on stove and got the ingredients for pancakes. "Yep he's in the shower."

Happy got up and flew into my room. I started cooking the pancake. I made 30 for Natsu and 50 extra just in case. When I was finally done Natsu, followed by Happy, ran down stairs and ate his pancakes like a cheetah.

I ran upstairs so I could take a quick shower and got dress. I put on my uniform and went down stairs to eat my breakfast.

But.......

When I got there Natsu ate my breakfast as well as the 50 extras I made just in case.

"Natsu!" I yelled making Happy drop his fish.

"Damn Lucy your so scary," he said. "Almost scary as Erza."

"Natsu you ate my breakfast AND all the extras!"

"In sorry I was just hungry," he said burping.

"Natsu what should I eat now," I said frowning.

"Maybe after school I could take you and the group to get some donuts."

"Sure, now we better get going if were going to meet up with Erza and Gray," I said after I calmed down.

I got my tote bag and walked to the front down waiting for Natsu. He finally got his bag but fell down flat on his face. Happy sat on top of his head laughing.

"Natsu get your lazy a$$ up or else Erza going to kill us for being late."

"I'm trying but this bookbag is so damn heavy."

"Well if you stop putting MY food in your bookbag it wouldn't be that heavy."

There was a knock at the door and then followed by a bang. I opened it quickly and saw a fully clothed Gray and really scary Erza.

"You don't know how long we were waiting Lucy," she said.

"Don't blame it all on me, Its also Natsu's fault as well!"
