Canoeing

"What? We're gonna go canoeing?" You titled your head while looking at Fanboy who was standing front of you smiling "Yep! Just you and me" he holds your hands as you smile "Like a date?" You grin and he grins with you "Exactly like a date" he kissed your forehead and you giggled "Well... Why not, sounds fun! But I have to ask.... Why canoeing?" Fanboy chuckles "Because! I bought a canoe from Boog at the Frosty Mart!" You titled your head "And you really think it'll float?" "Yes! It looked like it was in perfect shape!" "Well....alright if you say so Fanboy" He nuzzles your nose against his nose and you giggled doing the same. "Did you tell Chum Chum?" "Yep! I told him what I was doing and he said he'd give us alone time" he grinned as you blush. "Oh and dress formally!" You giggled and went to change in the bathroom "Okay!"

~Time skip by Raspberry pudding~

You and Fanboy are walking towards the lake park near the woods. You were wearing a (f/c) dress with a black vest since it was a little cold. Fanboy was dressed into his formal suit with his hat on his head. Fanboy covered your eyes smiling and you giggled "What are you doing?" "It's a surprise!" He leads you to the lake and uncovers your eyes "Tada!" He jazz hands in front of a big canoe "It's so huge!" You said excitedly and Fanboy smiles "I'm glad you like it!" He kissed you wrapping his arms around your neck and you kissed him back smiling in the kiss. "Ready to go for a ride?" He gives you a life jacket and helps you put it on. "I'm so excited! This is my first canoe ride!" You smiled and you helped him with his life jacket "Do you even know how to ride it?" He grins and holds out a paddle "Yup! Boog actually told me everything about it" "Wow... He's actually nice for once" you grin "I know right!" He giggled.

You and Fanboy got on the canoe enjoying the starry night. Fanboy was rowing the canoe and you looked around smiling "This is nice, it's beautiful out tonight" Fanboy looks at you and smiles "Yeah, it is. But not as beautiful as you" he kissed your cheek "Awww you're making me blush" you giggled while blushing "But that's what makes you adorable!" Fanboy starts to tickle you a little and you started laughing "Okay okay!" You laughed as he stops tickling you with a smirk. You started pouting "Meany." He giggles and holds your hand while paddling.

Fanboy paddled pass a old that use to be bridge and he stops paddling and goes closer to you "So... You enjoying our date?" You smiled and nodded "Yeah... Anywhere we go is always fun" Fanboy smiled and nuzzled your head as you nuzzled him back. Fanboy stood up and helps you stand up. He wraps his arm around your shoulder looking at the view. You smiled and laid your head on his shoulder. You both stood there for a few minutes, but suddenly, the canoe started to shake and title a little "Uh Fanboy" you said worried. Fanboy held on to you "D-Don't worry (Y/n)! It's just a little shake" the canoe started to title more and you and Fanboy fell off the canoe. You both separate and swam up to the surface nearly drowning "Fanboy!" You said scared trying to keep your face up in the air. "Swim to the bridge!" Fanboy said as he pulled the canoe back and you started to swim quickly to the bridge already freezing from the water.

You climbed up on the wood breathing heavily shivering a little. Fanboy climbed up and sat next to you rubbing your arms "You okay (Y/n)?..." You nodded a little sniffling "Y-Yes... J-just a little cold" He holds you close shivering with you. You both were cold, it was nighttime which makes the water really cold. "I-I'm sorry (Y/n)..." He takes off his hat and cowl for them to dry faster "This is my fault... I took you canoeing just for a fun date, but n-now its r-ruined..." He sniffles looking down. You looked up at him putting a hand on his cheek and the other stroking his light brown hair "Fanboy... None of this was your fault, it was an accident... D-Don't blame yourself" you nuzzled into his suit. He holds you close tightly "I love you (Y/n)..." You kissed his cheek "I love you too Fanboy..." He stands up slowly and lifting up the canoe slowly "Be careful hero" you said worried. Fanboy looks at you and grins "Don't worry, I got it my lady!" He bumps the water out of the canoe then flipped it back over "There! It's safe to come in now!" He smiles and got in the canoe then walked towards you "Need help?" You nodded and grabbed his hand then jumped down into the canoe "Thank you Fanboy" you smiled as he kisses your forehead "Anything for you sweetheart!" He smiles and puts his cowl and hat back on.

He starts to row the boat back shore and smiles "You know it was actually kind of funny when we flipped the canoe over" he laughed a little and you laughed along with him "It was actually funny, scary, but funny!" You grinned and Fanboy stop rowing near the shore. Fanboy jumped out of the canoe and held his hand out to you. You smiled and grabbed his hand and jumped out of the canoe "Thank you" you kissed his cheek as he giggled "No problem! And I have one more surprise for you back at the Fanlair" he smiles and escorts you back home covering your eyes.

Once you both made it to the Fanlair, he uncovered your eyes and opened the door. Everything was dark as you looked around "Uh.... Fanboy?" You turned your head and saw that Fanboy was gone. Soon, one light was on and it was shinning on Chum Chum with a guitar and he giggles and started to play. Fanboy came out and smiles as he started to sing

Chum Chum stops playing and giggles. "Fanboy... That was beautiful" you smiled as Fanboy holds both of your hands "I'll always be by your side, and our endless love won't fade..." He smiles and kissed you wrapping his arms around your waist. You smiled and kissed him back. Chum Chum claps and smiles "That's my buddy!" You and Fanboy pull apart and smile at each other "Best date ever" you said smiling and put your hand on his cheek "Mine too" Fanboy smiles and nuzzles your head.
