"Leave my alone, Derek!" I bite my lip trying to hold the tears back. "I'm done with you and.. and your bullshit!" I continue to lash out on him.
"Alivia, baby, I-" He starts but I cut him off.
"Don't call me that.. don't" I turn around to face him. "You just never learn that you can't force me to do the things you want and keep me from doing the things that I want to do!"
He stares at me his eyebrows furrowed. I can tell he's getting angrier, the purple vein I'm familiar with visible in his neck. He steps towards me and I flinch as he grabs ahold of my arm, pulling me through the crowds of people. We originally had planned to spend the day at the waterpark but of course he had to screw it up and now all I want to do is go home.
"Let go of me. I'm not going anywhere with you!" I protest, pulling away from him. He chuckles and shakes his head.
"Alivia you know what happens when you argue with me, right?" Fear flashes over me and I gulp in response. He smirks as I stop trying to get out of his grip.
"That's what I thought" His expression turns serious and I whimper quietly as he yanks me through the crowds to an empty part of the waterpark. There's still 2 or 3 groups of people around but Derek doesn't care. He pulls me into his chest and slides his free hand down my side, playing with the hem of my bikini bottoms.
I gasp and mumble "Derek, not here" Of course he doesn't listen and seconds later he slips a finger inside my bottoms, tracing circles.
I push him away, trying to be as confident as I can possibly be.
"No. I am done with you, Derek! You don't respect me or treat me the way I should be treated" I huff, keeping a few feet between us.
"Shut up, Alivia. We're going home anyway"
"No! I told you I'm not going anywhere with you. I'll call my mom or something"
He rolls his eyes and reaches for my arm again. I try moving away but he's too quick and too strong for me to fight against him. He presses his lips against my ear, pushing me against the fence that borders the parking lot.
"You better fucking listen to-.." He's interrupted as a boy, one who'd been somewhat watching our little dispute, approaches us.
"Hey, man. I think you need to go" He says with a thick British accent, looking straight at Derek with no fear surprisingly, I mean Dereks a pretty muscular guy.
"Who the fuck are you?" Derek snorts, clenching his fists.
"Harry but that doesn't matter. Obviously she doesn't want to go with you so I think you need to leave her alone" Harry remarks raising his eyebrows before glancing at me. I can't help but stare at him, his piercing green eyes capturing my attention. His toned and tanned body, covered in what seem like meaningless tattoos.. and his dark brown curled locks that form a mop on his head. He's quite attractive but I look away, knowing Derek will notice me in awe soon.
Derek shoves Harry, freeing me from his grip and I step away unsure of what's about to happen but I have a pretty good idea. Either way I know it won't end well..

"You said a left here?" Harry glances at me through his black ray bans then focuses on the road.
I nod and give a simple "Mhm" as he pulls into the left lane and flips on his blinker.
What happened at the waterpark wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It was handled quite well, really but I'm terrified of what'll happen next. I really don't want to see Derek again but I know I'll have to face him when I go back to our... his apartment to collect my things but right now, I don't need to worry about that. I'll just stay at my moms until then.
