Shawn pov
How does she do it? My first time on stage I was a nervous wreck and there she is owning the stage.
Even though she's sweaty and tired she's still beautiful. I have watched her vine for a while and I've always thought that our voices would blend and harmonise really well together.
I've seen Nash already eyeing up Tilly, as long as it's not Adelaïde then it's fine. What am I on about? She's not even mine! She's her own person and she can choose who she wants. If she even chooses any of us.
"Shawn, I need you up on stage with Adelaïde" Bart said.
"But we haven't even practised!" I protest.
"Exactly. Whatever happens will happen and I want to know how you two sound together in the spur of the moment." He makes a fair point.
"Okay..." I trail off and grab my guitar.
I get passed a microphone and walk up on stage, "hey guys!" I say and look over at Adelaïde who has a rather confused look on her face.
"We have to sing together" I whisper to her.
She nods her head, "what shall we sing?" She whispers back.
"Thinking out loud?" I ask
She nods her head and brings a chair forwards, I'm not sure why but it should be interesting.

Adelaïde pov
Oh god. Oh no. Do not screw this up Addy.
Shawn looks at me as if to say "ready?" So I nod my head and he begins playing an instrumental so I walk slowly towards Shawn and run my hand along his shoulder and begin humming with the instrumental. I then walk in front of him and start pushing his chest slightly moving him backwards until he reaches the chair, "when your legs don't work like they used to before" I then push him down slightly so he's sat down.

Shawn pov
Our on stage chemistry is amazing. She's acting rather seductive, I know it's all an act but I can't help but stare at her as she walks along the stage dragging her feet slightly. I start playing another instrumental and she pulls me up from the chair and just as the songs about to end she walks close to me and pulls me close so that our faces are an inch apart and we're both out of breath. I could close the gap. STOP. It's an act! She pulls away and turns to the crowd as they scream and shout,
'I never thought I'd ship them!'
'OTP!'
'They must be together!'
Of course there's the negatives,
'Who gave her the right to walk near my man!'
'She is my girlfriend! Get him away!'
Damn these people know no boundaries.
I look over at Addy and her smile melts my heart.
"Bye guys!" She shouts and runs off stage, I wave and walk off.

Adelaïde pov
Holy shit I almost kissed him our act on stage felt so real.
"Your guys' chemistry was amazing! I need you to perform that all the time!" Bart gleefully shouts and hugs me.
"I just went with what I felt was right" I say and blush.
I look over at Shawn to see him smiling, "me too."
I begin to walk away but suddenly felt dizzy causing me to trip over a wire but before I can hit the ground I feel a hand around my waist keeping me up.
"Woah." I whisper and grab my head and blink a few times.
"You okay? Let's get you some water" Shawn says. Fuck he keeps catching me at my worst. He directs me over to a stand of water without removing his hand from my waist. I grab a water and turn to face Shawn.
"Thank you" I say and look into Shawn's eyes.
"Of course"
"Shawn, you can let go" I laugh a little and look down and blush.
"Oh yeah, right" he laughs too and removes his hand from my waist and runs his hand through his hair.
"You guys coming up?" Cam asks us.
"Yeah, be there now!" Both of us say causing us to laugh.
"I mean it's crazy. What? We finish each other's sandwiches. That's what I was gonna say!" Cam mocks us.
"Hey! Don't even start!" I shout and chase after Cam.
"Oh shit she's a chaser!" Cam screams and runs.
"Fuck you Dallas!" I scream and run up the stairs after him.
He stops running when we reach our floor and leans on his knees out of breath.
"Poor baby feeling tired?" I laugh and pout a bit.
"How the fuck are you not tired!" He shouts out of breath.
I flex my arms, "I work hard"
"Damn, Shawn has a wild night ahead of him" Cam whispers.
"You what?" I look at Cam wide eyed.
"Well yanno I'd be wanting details" Cam winks at me.
"That sir is strictly confidential" I wink back at him.
Cam laughs and walks into a room so I follow him.
"NEW GIRL!" The jacks shout and run up to me.
"I like her already. She seems fun" Gilinsky smirks and Johnson nods his head in agreement.
"You'll have to wait and see how fun I am" I say and push past them dramatically.
I look over to the corner of the room and see Tilly and Nash talking and probably flirting. I make my way over.
"What you guys talking about?" I ask and look at Tilly knowing she'd be annoyed.
"How shitty of a person you are" she jokes and nudges me.
"Most real thing I've heard all day" Nash agrees.
"Damn you guys are harsh" I joke about, "I WANT TO PLAY TRUTH OR DARE!" I shout and everyone agrees.
We all sit in a circle-ish. I'm sat next to Tilly and Shawn.
"Tilly, truth or dare?" Carter asks.
"Dare!" She shouts.
"Okayy... I dare you to make out with Adelaïde!" Me and Tilly look at each other and laugh. This happens so often it's not even a dare anymore.
"If you insist!" Tilly says and grabs the back of my neck and pulls my lips to hers.
'Damn!'

Tilly dominates the kiss because I'm trying too hard to not laugh. Her hands go into my hair and mine are on her face. We pull away and look at each other and laugh.
We turn back to the group and their faces are all the same. Wide eyes and slack jaws. I look to Shawn and see him raise an eyebrow making me blush.
"Okay uh-A-Adelaïde truth or dare" Taylor asks.
"Truth, bit tired after that make out sesh" I wink at Tilly and she fans herself.
"Ou la la" she says making me laugh.
"Is there anyone in this room who you would date if so how many." I can only think of one.
"Yes. One." I say confidently.
"It's me! I knew it!" Johnson shouts.
"Cool head, sorry, not you" I smirk at him.
"Truth or Dare Shawn" Gilinsky asks.
"Dare."
"I dare you to take... Addy into the next room and do what you want" he winks at Shawn.
"Dude. Not cool" he shakes his head.
I jump up and grab Shawn's hands.
"Come on scaredy cat!" I smile at him. He stands up and we walk into the next room.
I close the door and lean against it.
"Our performance today was awesome!" I say and smile my biggest smile.
"True" he smirks.
He grabs my hand and looked down. Oh no.
"A-Addy. What. Are they scars?" He asks looking at me.
"Yes." I look at the ground.
"You don't have to-" I cut him off by putting up my hand.
"It's okay Shawn. I trust you," I pull him over to the bed and sit him down, "my life off camera is or was or maybe still is different. I struggled with my mental health for a while after being cheated on. I felt like nobody wanted me. I mean I live with my auntie because my parents didn't want me. They just left me on her doorstep with a note. I'm not worth anything to anyone." I look down as a tear rolls down my cheek. I feel a hand against my face and a thumb wipe away my tears.
"You're worth something to me," I look up at him and he smiles through shiny eyes.
I smile at him and pull him in for a hug. I wrap my arms around his neck and he puts his around my waist and puts his face in my neck. We pull away and again we're inches away from each other.
"Addy this has happened too many times today" he laughs and I smile and laugh looking down.
"Tell me about it" I joke.
I stood up as there was a knock on the door, "you guys can stay in there! Tilly and I are going to your guys' room"
"Shit." I whisper.
"Nash and Tilly, already huh?" Shawn laughs.
"I guess" I laugh with him.
I guess I'm in Shawn and Nash's room.
I look down at myself and realise I'm wearing jeans. I can't sleep in jeans.
"Here" Shawn hands me a pair of his boxer shorts.
"Umm"
"Oh! They're clean and I don't wear them. I don't like that style of underwear, they're too loose" thank god.
"Oh okay."
I don't know why but I forgot about Shawn being in the room and so I undid my trousers and took them off. I turned around to grab the boxers and saw Shawn.
"Oh god!" I shout.
"Don't worry! I didn't look! I mean I did for a second but I-I didn't realise"
"I'm joking, silly. I don't care, it's like a bikini isn't it" I laugh.
"I guess I never thought of it that way" he turned back around but tried to avoid me.
I pull Shawn's boxers on and look at my top. It'll have to do. I thought about the last time I ate and my stomach growled.
I look around Shawn's room and realise he's in the shower. He won't miss me if I go and grab some food. I look around his room again and grab a zip up hoodie which belongs to one of the boys as it hangs off me. I zip it up and leave the room. I walk to the elevator and press the button to take me down to food.

Shawn pov
I heard the door close which made me leave the shower and pull on my boxers and more clothes in case someone's at the door. I leave the bathroom.
"Adelaïde?" I look around and see that she's gone.
I leave the room. I don't want her to accidentally walk in on Nash and Tilly so I look and see that the elevator was going down. Damn it. She's just in my boxers and a top.
I go to the elevator and press the button to take me down. When I'm down I look around to see people, more specifically teenage boys staring at something. I looked over and saw them staring at a half naked Addy reaching for something in the buffet.
"Eyes off!" I shout and walk over to her and stand behind her making sure to cover her up.
"Shawn, you hungry too?"
"Addy, what are you doing?!"
"Getting food!" She smiled making me feel weak.
"People are staring." I whisper.
She looks around and goes bright red.
"Shit." She gets her food and walks over to a table and hides.
I walk over with her and sit opposite her.
"Thank you for covering me up. I thought no one would be down here!"
"It's okay, I just don't like the way they were staring." I sigh.
"Jealous?" She winked at me.
"What! No way! I could- I" wow real smooth.
She laughs and eats her food.

Adelaïde pov
Shawn is such a gentleman. I feel all warm and fuzzy around him. I like him. I hope he likes me too. By the way he covered me up I feel like he does.
I finish my food, "um Shawn could you uh maybe I don't know pretend to be my boyfriend so people don't stare as much?"
"Of course," he smiles and stands up putting his hand in front of him, "my lady" he winks at me.
"Good sir" I say and take his hand helping me up. We begin walking to the elevator and I feel him put his arm around my waist pulling me close. I shiver from his touch and I know he notices because he smirks.
We get back to his room and he closes the door. If I hold back any longer I will go crazy. As he turns back around I walk closer.
"Shawn?"
"Yes?" He gulps.
"How do you feel about girls that make the first move?" I smirk at him.
"Love them." He smirks back.
I close the space between us and go on my tip toes and look into his eyes.
"Good" I whisper and pull his lips to mine. Our lips move in synch and I feel butterflies in my stomach. I never felt like this with Jacob. Our first kiss was sloppy. I pull away and catch my breath.
"How do you feel about guys that make the second move?" He smiles still out of breath.
"Love them" I laugh and he kisses me. I smile into the kiss and Shawn starts moving us backwards onto the bed. He lays me down on the bed and hovers over me and begins trailing kisses down my neck. He starts sucking causing me to moan a bit. I felt him smirk against my neck. Little tease. I push his chest a bit and flip us over so that I was on top. I began kissing his neck and sucking causing him to moan then I moved from his waist and lay next to him in the bed smirking.
"You little tease" he says out of breath.
I laugh and roll on my side only to feel Shawn cuddle up behind me. I fell asleep happy that night.
