Part 4 "Quatro"

Izeiah's pov

"Sweetheart, aren't you practicing the art of kindness?" Natigilan ako sa narinig ko.

"How did you know?" I asked as I pushed the door open. I didn't even hear what was his answer because I git dustracted by the overwhelming beautiful things infront of me.

This is heaven. Oh god. The chocolates are so.... it's literally everywhere. This is so mouth- watering.

But...

"Should have brought my money. My luck sure is.... I don't know." I pouted when I pulled my hands out of my pockets and nothing came out.

We entered a candy store also known as heaven. Unfortunately, this isn't my store where I could take one bucket of candies and no one would even care. This is so heart breaking. I passed by a stack of wine shaped things and stopped at the part of the store where there were even pink and red chocolates.

"Ivan." I called Ivan because he's my only hope.

"Yes, sweetheart?"

"Please" I pointed at the store and pitifully pleaded.

"You ate chocolates this morning. Besides, I've learned not to trust you with chocolates."

"I'm pretty trustworthy."

"No need to lie. You can just stare at the things here and tomorrow, you can have another batch of chocolates."

Kung ayaw niya akong pautangan, I'll always have other ways to get what I want.

Operation 101: Robbery at the Heavenly Chocolate Store.

Ihahagis ko na sana si Barbara nang may naramdaman akong nakatutok na baril. Hindi ko alam kung saang direksyon.

Nagsipasukan ang ilang mga tao. Mukhang nagtatake cover sila sa store na ito.

I glanced at Ivan who furrowed his eyebrows. He sidestepped me and grabbed a chocolate from behind me. I watched him ate it in horror.  Then it turned into excitement

Is this a sign that I can eat any chocolates I want????😍😍

I was going to grab one when Ivan gripped my wrist and pulled me closer to his side.

"Izeiah, do not eat any of these chocolates, okay?" He whispered while yanking me behind a wall of chocolates.

I quickly frowned.

"Kumain ka, why can't I?" I asked, feeling wronged.

"Merong alcohol na laman ang mga chocolates."

Alcohol?

Oh, no.

I get too drunk easily.

I felt Ivan let go of me. At that instance, I looked around and found Riley standing in a quite open area.

I quickly ran to her side and stood near her.

"Riley?" Lumingon naman siya tapos ngumiti lalo.

"Izeiah! Nandito ka lang pala." She exclaimed tapos kinuha niya ang kamay ko at hinila sa may cover.

"Hinahanap mo ako?" Napatingin naman siya saakin at umiling. Nagsimula siyang maglakad patungo sa backdoor ng store na ito. Yung mga pumasok kanina ay nagkakaguluhan na din sa may cashier dahil merong pintuan doon na patungo sa isang office.

Maya maya't lang, nasilayan ko ang pagkawala ng ilang bote na nakita ko kanina. Kumurap kurap ako at tumingin sa paligid. Pero mukhang matagal na silang nakalabas.

"Magexit tayo dito sa backdoor na ito, baka sakaling makatakas tayo ng walang galos." She said, her voice rising quite a bit. It might be due to panic.

When we opened the door, what we saw was two people. They seemed to just arrived at the location.

But they didn't look surprise.

Were they the people who infiltrated this chocolate place? They sure are attentive that they even thought to send someone to guard the backdoor just incase someone tries to escape.. 

"Aray!" Suddenly, I heard Riley screamed behind me. I didn't even get to turn around when I felt an incredible pain near the top of my right shoulder.

Someone attacked Riley then pushed me to these people so they can deal with me. That person might have been weak because they were only willing to deal with one person. I knew I didn't have to worry for Riley because apparently, it turned out that she's the heir to the Fujiwara Clan.

All of a sudden, I felt sleepiness seeping into every nerve of my being. Like it's lulling these nerves of mine to sleep. I felt someone caught me before I completely fell asleep.

I'm really thankful they didn't just let me fall unto the ground.

2 Hours Later

Umuulan na nung nagising ako.

Nasa kalagitnaan ako ng maze parin at napapaligiran ng technobushes.

Currently, naghahanap ako ng pwedeng masilungan dahil magiging basang sisiw na talaga ako kong patuloy akong magbabad sa ulan. Then unfortunately, biglang may bato na lumipad sa salamin ko dahilan na mahulog ito. Luck wasn't supporting me afterall.

Let me tell you.

My journey after I woke up wasn't guided by any luck. I walked under the rain, got myself even more lost, a rock attacked me for unknown purposes and now I am trapped. All for courners are blocked by bushes. I was walking and then boom, a freaking bush appeared out of nowhere.

I looked around me to look for someone whom I can put the blame on, but realized after that, I was alone.

"I'm so responsible for this" sabi ko.

Sinipa ko ito at nagvibrate yung technobush. This is a machine. A machine that is not highly recommended to be touched when wet.

"I need to find a way" sabi ko ng may biglang pumatak na tubig sa nasirang glasses ko.

Now I need to do it since there is no other solution. My kunai and daggers are all in my luggage. It's pouring rain, it means I can do it since no one is here.

This hidden skill.

No one shall know.
