Lukes POV
It was the next morning, last night I had a ashma attack but thankfully avia had her inhaler. But pretty much after that we came home and went to bed.
*the next morning*
Beaus POV. 7:00am
Its the twins birthday and I have to get ready for their surprise. I go wake up Avia. I shake her numerous times until I see her roll over. "mmmmm WHAT BEAU" she sits up obviously pissed off. "We have to get up and get ready for the twins' birthday" I tell her. She sleeps in either o0ne of the twins beds most of the time. because of previous events with our dad. I grab her out of Jais bed trying not to wake him up. Jai lays on his side facing the wal, quietlt snoring. While Luke lays on his back on the top bunk, all sprawled out, breathing heavily. I grab Avia and walk out into the kitchen and put her on the counter. "Ok so what kind of cake should we get?" I ask Avia. She rubs her eyes. "Um I think something to do with xbox or videos OR we could do a black side with Pictures and photography and stuff for Luke. and a White side for Jai with like Drawing and Art" she says getting excited. "Perfect, I love the black and white idea, LETS DO IT" I yell. I dial the cake place and tell them the details and they said it will get here in an hour. Both of the twins didn't feel well last night so they took sleeping medicane so I bet they wont wake early, buying us some time. "Ok Avia whats next' I ask her. "The guests" she says handing me my phone. "OK well I already called skip and James, and I invited Aaron, Teddy, Jared, Nonna, and Nonno." I tell her. "ok well then whats next" she asks. "Um Presents" I say . "Well what did u get them, remember when I got money from Mrs Richard for walking the dogs, I got Luke a new pair of Beats and Jai the new FIFA 5 game" I tell him. " Aw that's so nice of u Avia, I got Jai a necklace I have" I say showing her my gold spiritual catlicic necklace that nonna gave me. "and I got Luke a new Camera, because his other one is crappy" I tell her. "Ok well all we have to do is wait then" she says jumping off the counter and walking to my room to play xbox.
*2 hours later* 9:15 am
"DING DONG" I hear the doorbell ring. I walk to the door and open it to see Skip, James, Aaron, Teddy and Jared with Gifts in there hands. "Sup cunts?" they just respond with a groan and sit on the couch. "DING DONG" I hear the doorbell ring again. I open the door to see Nonno and Nonna also carrying gifts. "Hey Nonna" I give nonna a big hug. "Hey Nonno" I give Nonno a big hug. "Come in" i welcome them in. " Guys be quiet, the twins are still asleep" I say to them. "DING DONG" "Bloody Hell who is that". I think to myself. I open the door to see the cake delivery guy. I thank and pay him and put the cak on the island in the kitchen. I go to check on the twins. I walk in and I see Jai moving around and Luke still passed out. When Jai starts to move around, hes gonna wake up soon. Maybe not for Luke.
*2 hours later* 11:15am
We all are sitting on the couch watching TV. I hear footsteps coming down the stairs. Next thing I know I see Jai, he had big dark circles under his eyes, and he was really pale, and looked like he was in pain. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" everyone shouts. "aw thanks guys, I love u" Jai says. Jai let out a small groan to himself while touching his stomach. "Whats wrong Jai-Jai" Avia says noticing his pain "Nothing Avs" He replys and sits on the couch next to me and Avia."No seriously bro, whats wrong" I whisper looking at him serious. "Im starting to feel sick" he says groaning again "Aw Jai whats wrong sweetheart, want me to go to the store and get you something" Nonna says.
Jais POV
"aw Jai whats wrong sweetheart, want me to go to the store to get u something" Nonna comes from the kitchen and rubs my back from behind the couch. "No its alright Nonna, I took some medicane last night" I tell her. I hear a gagging noise coming from upstairs. "Ahhh yeah, luke is sick too" I say looking around. "Im sorry guys, u guys all came and the birthday boys are sick" I say to them sympatheticly. "Its alright Jai, u didn't know, we wont be here long." Nonno said.
Lukes POV
I wake up feeling extremely sick, oh shit....I jump out of bed with my bed, with my hand over my mouth. I run to the bathroom and vomit into the toilet. I notive that Jai, Beau and Avia are already up. I needed a glass of water, my inhaler, and A extra pair of clothes but I couldn't leave this toilet. "AVIIAAAAA" I yell for her.
Jais POV
I was talking with Teddy about the new video. "AVIAAAAA" I hear Luke yell from upstairs. Avia jumped off the oversize comfy chair, and run upstairs. My hair was all crazy and I was all sweaty but still had to enjoy my birthday. "I think we are gonna wait for luke on the presents and cake" Beau said. everyone agreed.
Avias POV
I was talking to Nonna about school. "AVIAAA" I hear luke scream. I run up the stairs and into the bathroom. I see Luke sitting next to the toilet, looking sicker them a dog. "Luke, are u alright" I ask him. "Yeah avia im alright, just sick, can u go get my my inhaler, a extra pair of clothes, and a glass of water?" he asks. "Yeah ill be back in a second" I say and go out to his room. I grab a pair of underwear, nike shorts, and a janoskians t-shirt. I walk downstairs and grab a water bottle. "Hey avia, is luke alright" Nonna asks." Not really, he's vomiting and doesn't feel good" I reply. "Aw poor thing" she says. "Hey Jai, where is lukes inhaler?" I ask luke. "Luke has ashma?" Nonno asks. "Yeah, me and Avia also have it, except Beau. Beau has a peanut allergy" Jai tells him. "Oh I didn't know that" he says. "I think it runs in the family, Its under his bed I saw it last night" Jai tells me. I run back upstairs and grab the inhaler. I run back into the bathroom and give the stuff to luke. "We have a surprise for u, be fast" I tell him and run back downstairs. When I get downstairs I sit back on the chair. "Hes coming down" I tell them all.
*5 minutes later*
I hear footsteps coming down the stairs. I see Luke appear at the bottom of the stairs. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" everyone shouts. "AWW thank you guys," he says peerking up alittle. "PRESENT TIME" Beau shouts. "Ok this one is from Avia" Beau says to luke handing him the box that has the beats in them. He unwraps the wwrapping paper. "NEW BEATS, OMG AVIA THANK U" he says picking me up and swirling me around weakly. "Next is from me" beau hands luke a git from him. Luke unwraps it. "THANK YOU BEAU" luke gives beau a man hug. "Ok Jais turn" i say handing Jai his new FIFA 5 Game present. Jai unwraps it. "YAAASSSS FIFA 5, THANK U AVIA, im gonna smoke u in this. "he says excited. "Ok my turn, Jai" beau says handing him his present. Jai unwraps it. "A neclace, THANKS BEAU, its just like the one Nonna gave u" Jai says. We went through everyones presents and ended up with 300 dollars each, beats, FIFA 5, a bunch of giftcards, 4 new penny boards for all of us, and a new trampoline.
We showed the boys the cake and they absolutly loved it, they didnt eat any of it because they are sickbut they will when they get better. After the party we sayed goodbye to everyone and went upstairs for FIFA and TV
