Part 6. Ideas and Consolations

Once everyone assembles in the dining hall and Insanity gives them their pancakes, Sam starts throwing questions at her.

"Does this group have a grudge against you? What are their powers? How can we defeat them?" Insanity looks down at the sweet, golden fluffiness of her breakfast, and she visibly shakes.

"Well... They're the same group who captured the Western Zodiac... And as I was the one to stop it then... Perhaps they want revenge on me as well as taking my powers... As for their powers... Two of the trio are regular people with muscles and amazing gun skills... As for their leader... He has amazing knife skills and, even though he prefers to use ink for the symbols, he may cut it onto me instead because I've been a nuisance..."

"If he gets to you, Insanity. I will do my best to make sure he can't hurt you." Laying a hand on the girl's shoulder, Neutrality's white eyes look into her own. Is he always this nice to her? Insanity doesn't think so...

"Wait- they're a three-person team, and they get the better of deities of the Western Zodiac?" Abby questions as shivers run up her spine.

"Yes..." Insanity takes out a sketchbook from seemingly nowhere, and sketches out twelve cute chibis with names underneath them. Aria (Aries), Tarun (Taurus), Gem (Gemini), Callie (Cancer), Leon (Leo), Violet (Virgo), Lin (Libra), Scott (Scorpio), Sage (Sagittarius), Caleb (Capricorn), Aqua (Aquarius), and Pierre (Pisces). "Wendy Zodiacal, their leader, decided that she wanted them to have names different to what they represent, unlike the unoriginal moi. Anyway, they were dominated because they underestimated the humans... They didn't think the groups knew about these symbols or would harm them- using the 'cutesy innocent human' move on Wendy worked... I could barely do anything..." Her already quiet voice silences itself as she looks to the floor, seemingly ashamed of herself.

"Well, what can we do to stop them?" Her companion speaks up, and then the four intelligent teens realise there is nothing they can as Insanity shakes her head.

"I don't know... Unless I'm under someone else's control, I can't use my powers against humans... I'm sorry..." Dan starts to talk, but she sighs in response. "They're really strong... You won't have a chance..." Worried for her friend, the female brunette launches herself at the silently crying Insanity.

"Don't worry! We'll find a way!" Abby's consultations calm her somewhat, and sparks ideas within the others.

"Yeah! Remember that plan you were muttering earlier? We can do that!" The usually quiet and slightly narcissistic Jasper now shows his small excited side, and Insanity shows a small smile as Sam and Dan start motivating them.

"I'm sure that we can come and think of better strategies than them!"

"Well, Sam's grandparents were strategists for the navy and army, so this should be a breeze!"

Little did they know a spy was in their midst.
The boy posing as Neutrality silently laughed, pressing a button on a device in his pocket.

((A/N): Ooh suspense! Well, the reason there are a ton of gaps is that a certain someone suggested it to me *cough cough* JinXedMe *cough cough*. Seriously, she's a great person and suggested this idea to me. I'll try to remember doing it for the next chapters... 510 words! I think that's the longest for any of my chapters... This was supposed to be out yesterday, but I kinda forgot... I'm sorry! Je suis désolé! Anyway... I'm experiencing a bit of writer's block, and school is starting up in two days, so there might not be as many chapters out... So, I'll try updating as much as possible...
Fact of the day:
Purr- A cute sound cats make.
Gato- Spanish for 'cat'.
Purgatory- Realm of Spanish cats!
See you next update!
