"Ano ba 'yan, naabutan pa tayo ng ulan." I said

"Oo nga eh." Jeron said "Dito muna tayo patila." He added

"So, saan ka pala talaga nag-aaral?" He asked

"Ah sa Manila ako nag-aaral pero dito talaga kami nakatira" I answered whil rubbing my hands. "Ikaw?" Dagdag ko pa

"Ah, ako kasi dito ako nag-aaral eh." He said then stared at me with his killer smile. "Major ako in marketing and behavioral Science in De La Salle — Baguio." He added

And we were quiet.

"Naniniwala ka ba sa destiny?" I asked.

Fvck!

"Seryosong tanong ba 'yan?" He said then laughed.

"Seryoso ako." Pilit kong sinabi

Then we both laughed.

"Kasi yung utak ko naniniwala pero yung puso ko..." I said while looking at him. "Natatakot..." I said once again while looking down.

"Bakit naman?" He asked

"Kasi baka hindi mangyari yung mga hinihiling ko, yung mga pinapangarap ko sa buhay. Pero don't get me wrong, positive naman yung tingin ko sa life. Iba pa rin pala yung pakiramdam mo kapag kaharap mo yung ka destiny mo. Parang natatakot ka." I said

"Well, that's life talaga, unexpected. Pero ang inportante, hindi ka nag-gigive up." He said. "Kasi parang play lang ang life eh, bawat twist and turn may nabubuong something rin." He said once more

"Ang lalim naman nun, pero tama ka naman. So anong gagawin ko?" I said

"Edi... Yakapin mo nalang yung destiny na ibinibigay sa'yo." He said and stared at me. "God ha better plans for you." He even added

So yayakapin pala kita, ikaw kasi ang binigay ni destiny sa akin eh.

"Tama nga naman, kasi nga diba sabi "We accept the love we think we deserve." So parang sa destiny din. Tatanggapin natin yung mga binibigay sa atin kasi deserve naman natin 'yun eh."

"Hmmmm.. Tama ka dyan, pero tanggapin mo muna ito." Jeron said while trying to get something behind his back.

"Ano 'yun?" I said.

"White rose, para sa'yo." He said then hold one of my hand.

Sh*t.

"Favorite ko kasi ang white roses eh. And tuwing nakakakita ako nito, I feel comfortable. So I want to give you one, because I feel comfortable with you din." He said.

Waaahhh.

Ang second sign!!!!

Second Sign — Kung saan mabulaklak ang kapaligiran, BULAKLAK ng pag-ibig sa aki'y iaalay.

Sh*t!

Eto na ba 'yun?

Sya na ba talaga?

"Little by little, I'm falling...." He sang.

"Deeper than the see..." I continued.

Then he touched my face with one hand.

The feeling that I never had before.

The feeling like he is THE ONE.

The feeling of my what ifs...

The feeling of what is...

"Maybe you can swim with me..."

"Swim away from the currents..." I added.

Then I hugged him...

I hugged him so tight.....

"Jeron...." I whispered

"Ano 'yun?" He answered

"Ikaw na ba?" I said once more...

Then we were quiet...

"We'll know soon..." He said

Sana siya na...

Sana kahit dito man lang...
