"Cmon Lily! Your plane leaves in an hour!" my dad yells. I finish putting my makeup in my bag and smile thinking to myself where i was going.
"Coming!" i yell back. Me and my dad were about to leave to go to the airport. He was driving me, and i was taking a plane to pax! i couldnt wait to meet the cube. I had loved them from the start.
it took so long to convince my dad to take me. My mom wouldve said yes, but sadly shes with her mom in florida, taking a vacation.
•TIME SKIP•
"Love you dad! Bye!" i kissed my dad on the cheek and headed onto the plane. Thankfully, i had gotten a window seat. I put my headphones into my ears and slowly drifted off to sleep...
"Excuse me m'am, the plane has landed." the flight attened had told me. I yawned and put me earphones back into my bag.

I hopped out of the cab and thanked the man that drove me. The meetup was tomorrow, so i decided to check into my hotel room and get settled.
After unpacking my stuff, i decided to take a walk. The heat of LA hit my face as i opened the door to outside. I walked down the sidewalk and spotted a starbucks. Letting my inner white girl take over, I started walking across the street towards it.
As i crossed the street, a speeding car came towards me. I shreeked, thinking i was going to die. All of a sudden a group of people come running to me and pushed me out of the way. I fell to the ground, hard.
I kept my eyes closed due to the pain in the left side of my body. When i opened them, i blinked a few times. Was it really... them?
it was.
it was the cube.
