CHAPTER 3
The next morning I woke up when Louise my brother’s dog came into my bedroom and crawled up on my bed. Then Zack came into my bedroom and sat down on my bed and rubbed Louise back. I tried to sit up and I did but it still hurt just a little bit but I did it.
“Is my curt appointment today”, I said as I rubbed Louise’s back.
“Yes it is but Mia wants to go and I have to go to talk to grandpa and Nell is coming with me”, Zack said as Louise jumped off my bed.
“Grandpa said he is taking me out after we are done. The doctor said I can go back to teaching surfing lessons tomorrow. He said the bruises would be gone by tomorrow because of the medicine he gave me”, I said as I got out of bed and walked to my closet.
“Do you know were grandpa is taking you”, Zack asked as he got off of my bed and walked up to me.
“We are taking a walk on the beach. He said that he wanted to talk to me about dad and I said I would go, now leave so I can get ready”, I said as Zack walked out of my bedroom.
