A Forgotten Tomlinson

Vivian's point of view

Liam is going to audition tonight. My mom and I sat in front of the TV, eating popcorn. Then I hear his voice.

"Hello" he says.

"Liam" Simon automatically says.

I guess he remembers him. They had a conversation and then he sang cry me a river. Or something like that. He was amazing. I couldn't take my eyes off the screen the whole time he was up there. As the rest of the show goes on, I really don't pay attention. But then I hear a name I haven't heard since I was little. Louis Tomlinson. My mum looks as me as I storm out of the room. My eyes burn. I still remember that day perfectly. I get into my room and flung myself onto the bed. But that's when I hear ding. A text. I check to see who it is. Liam.

L: hey

V: hey

L: did you watch like you promised?

V: of course and you did amazing like always

L: thanks love

V: so how was your day

L: not bad

V: that's good

L: I have to go because they want us to board the bus for bootcamp

V:okay love you

L:love you too

V: bye

L:bye

I sigh as I put my phone down. I can't believe my boyfriend might be out there with Louis and he doesn't know that Louis is my biological brother. I close my eyes and go to bed.

Liam's point of view

I finish texting Viv and then grab my stuff to get on the bus. I was sitting next to a guy named Louis. He was quiet but he was texting the whole time. I pull out my phone and text my mum. Then call Viv. When she answers, she sounds as if she was sleeping.

(Phone call between Liam and Vivian)

V: hello?

L: hey Vivian

V: hi love

L: did I wake you?

Vivian didn't say something for a second but the Louis guy looked at me.

"Did you just say Vivian?" He asked.

I nod.

V:who was that?

L: some guy named Louis. He asked if I said Vivian

I could hear Vivian gulp.

L: Viv?

V: yeah?

L: is there something that your not telling me?

V: uh yeah. Louis. Is his name Louis Tomlinson?

L: hold on let me ask.

I look at Louis who was staring at me.

"Hey what's your last name?" I ask.

"Tomlinson why?"

"Well Tomlinson did your mum ever tell you that staring is rude?" I ask.

I could head Vivian laugh.

L: yes that's his last name

V: yeah Liam that Louis guy is my biological brother.

I look at Louis for a little and then try to process everything. I'm sitting next to a guy who is related to my girlfriend.

L: do you want me to tell him?

V: no I don't want him to even know about me

L: why?

V: when I was little he would always say that I was ruining the family name

L: that bastard

V: okay Li. I need to go because I have testing in the morning and it's almost midnight.

L: sweet dreams love

V: I love you

L: love you too Viv

V: bye

L:bye

She hung up and I looked at Louis again. He didn't look like a jerk. But I shouldn't judge him by his looks. He may look like a nice guy but he could be a total jackass. I close my eyes and start to doze off.
