"NIKA, will you please listen to me first?"  I am holding Nika's face.

Nagtatalo kami that time, hindi ko alam kung paano magpapaliwanag. Mahirap pa namang amuhin si Nika. She has a strong personality, mas matapang pa siya sa akin kung tutuusin.

 "Ano pa ba ang kailangang pag-usapan, Al?! Ano pa ang kailangang kong marinig na kasinungalingan, ha?! You've been lying to me from the start!" she answered me with her teary eyes.

Shit! I hate seeing her eyes like that!

"Niks, listen to me... I never lied to you. I'm just... I'm just protecting you. Ayoko kitang madamay." I said..

"Ano? Ayaw mo akong madamay? Al, matagal na akong damay! Since we met each other! Simula nang magkakilala tayo, Al! Damay na ako!" tuluyan na syang umiyak.

"Sssh..." pinunasan ko ang luha nya. "Nika, babe please.... Don't do this to me..."

I stared at her, eye-to-eye.

"Al..." pumadyak pa si Nika.

"Let me fix everything... Let me handle this, okay? Promise me that you'd be careful."

"Ano'ng ibig mong sabihin?"

"Niks, ikaw na ang nagsabi... Matagal ka nang damay... So I want to protect you."

I kissed her lips lightly and hugged her. Nika's the only girl that I want.. Wala nang iba pa.
