But when I got to my room I saw......
Eric. He was sitting on my bed. He had something in his hands. I shut the door and he looked up.
"Hey." I said a little uneasily. How'd he get in my house ? Actually the better question is how did he get in my room?
"Hey. How was church?"
"Fine. You?" I answered. I wasn't so worried anymore. I mean he wouldn't and couldn't hurt a fly.
He answered. I put my stuff on my desk and sat beside him as we talked for a couple minutes. He turned so that we were no longer sitting side by side. We now sat face to face. He leaned in for a kiss, and I returned it gladly. After a few seconds he backed up slowly. Then he held my hands in his. We talked about my house and church. Eric still looked down at his hands. I followed his eyes and saw what he was holding. It was a blue bracelet. He looked back up at me , then put it on my wrist. It fit perfectly. Like it had been made especially for me. He pulled me a little closer. Our lips met once again. It was slow. I pulled away and thanked him for the bracelet. He replied with a sweet comment. Which made me kiss him again. It was about ten minutes after he surprised me , that our talking and kissing was interrupted. During one of those perfect kisses , my sister barged in my room. Eric and I stopped what we were doing almost immediately. She stood there staring for what seemed like forever.
"Is there a reason you came in here? Or are you just here to stare?" I asked her a little rudely. She snapped out of the trance she was in though.
"Mom wanted me to ask you if he was staying for dinner." She said pointing at Eric.
I looked over at him. They didn't say anything about him coming over earlier. "Wait how does she know your here? This was so set up." I commented accusingly. He looked at kenzie for help. She just shrugged her shoulders then left.
"She knows because it was her idea. It was a little set up, but we wanted to surprise you. Well I did." Eric rambled. When he finished he smiled. I returned his smile and shook my head at him.
We sat in my room until it was time to eat. Then we went to the kitchen. He sat in the chair right beside mine. Eric, my parents (mom and step dad), and my siblings all say at the table along with me. For the whole dinner everyone asked him questions and told him embarrassing stories. It was a nice dinner with my family and boyfriend.
*after dinner *
Eric and I sat in my room after we ate and helped clean up. For a while we just talked. Then he had to go home. I walked him to the door and outside. We kissed once more on my steps then he left. Good night Eric.
