Every insult and every crack in your defenses
That all leads to hate
And hate gets us nowhere
So let it out
On paper
Not on a person or object
Hate only brings us down
No matter how strong we are
No matter how powerful
Fuel that anger into passion
A passion that will take you far
Past all the angry words and insults
To a place where you can be free
Away from hate
It may be not as far away as you think
Just let it go
Through every exhale
Your hate disappears
Through every inhale
Your happiness appears
Never let hate bring you down
Let it bring you up to happiness
To a good life
Let go of your hate
Start again
