October 27th

Madie's POV
Teagan, Abi and I are walking to school, it's kinda a far walk but that's okay because I have my two most best friends to walk with. Conveniently, I live two doors down from Teagan and Abi lives just right down the street from us. "What are you guys being for Halloween?" Asked Abi. "Me and Blake are being SuperMan and SuperWoman" Teagan said with a smirk on her face, "Why? What about you?" "I don't really know...I'm hoping Mario will make a move before then, we've been hanging out for so long now. I really really like him." Abi said looking down at the ground. "I know how you feel, Abi." I said looking Abi. "Hey, I'm sure you guys will find someone before then" Teagan said. "Halloween is in 4 days, Teagan. FOUR DAYS. You expect me to find someone in 4 days? You have a boyfriend...you don't get it." Abi said frowning. "Jeez Abi, want some salt with that salt" I said. Teagan laughed, Abi didn't. When we got to school we saw Mark (my crush), Jacob (my best friend since preschool), Mario (Abi's crush) and Blake (Teagan's boyfriend). We all smiled at them. Jacob and Blake came over to us. "Hey guys" Jacob said happily. "Hey" Abi said still looking at the ground. Jacob looked at me and Teagan with a confused look on his face. "Don't worry about it" I said slightly rolling my eyes. "Hey" Teagan said. Blake kissed Teagan on the cheek and said "Hey, gorgeous" Abi scowled and rolled her eyes "Hey, handsome" Teagan said laughing. "Wanna go out for lunch with me later today?" Blake asked Teagan, "Sure" Teagan said happily. "Well I better get back to Mark and Mario" Jacob said. "See ya" I said. Me and Jacob did our handshake that we made up in 2nd grade (don't ask questions). Jacob left and the bell rang. We all headed to our classes.

Lunch

Abi and I met up in the hallway to meet the boys in the cafeteria. We all got pizza, as per usual. We sat down like we do almost everyday. Abi across from Mario, me across from Jacob and Mark all by himself. I mean that would be different if he would just like me back already. Usually Teagan would sit across from Blake but they're not here (obviously). After lunch we all headed to our classes and carried on worth the day.

After school

Teagan, Abi and I were walking home. As we were waking we kept hearing this little boy talking, we couldn't quite make out what he was saying but we could definitely hear something. A few minutes late it stopped. Everything went silent. The little boy stopped, the wind stopped rustling in the trees, everything stopped. All of a sudden we heard a loud scream from behind us. We all looked at each other in fear and confusion. We all run back to see what happened. I've never seen anything like this in my entire life...
