Unknown PoV (So no dialogue as it would give them away)
Opal. Opal is missing. Why? Why her? Out of the whole group, why did she have to go? Coral could've gone missing. Oceana or Atlas but no. It was her. They promised. They had promised she'd be safe! That was the deal. I take the "siren" back to where she belongs and Opal is safe. Those tail stabbing liars!
I took a moment to compose myself and stopped swimming. I took in the cheerful scenery and I felt sick. The sunlight was quickly fleeting from the water and I had to find shelter. I immediately took an unoccupied rock, distancing myself from the group. I had overheard who the lookout was for the night and frowned.
There is no way in the desert I would be able to get Oceana. Unless i somehow tricked- no that would never work...
It had been nearly a month since this awful journey began. I hate it. My tail is tired of swimming. I'm tired of waiting. I'm pissed that Oceana is purposely taking the long way. Why must she stall? Things would be much easier if she took the direct route, but she just has to make my life miserable. As soon as she becomes a full siren I'll kill her and would be seen as a hero! No one would ever doubt me again.
Sweet dreams, Oceana. After tonight, it will all be nightmares...

So yeah. What do you think?
Who's PoV do you think it is?
This is why my story was originally in third person. I could go from character to character without awkwardness cause I dislike stories switching points half way. It's just confusing. Third person makes it flow more smoothly so if I rewrite this it'll be third person. Just a heads up.
Anyways hope you all enjoyed and stuff. Bye!
