Chapter 12

Raphael woke up way earlier than exhausted Simon and he dressed himself up first while Simon is still snoring away. He went back to his king-sized bed and pecked Simon on his cheeks before leaving for the clan meeting at 3.45pm.

Everyone was chattering away, and their main topic did not diverge from Simon, or in their mind 'daylighter', 'mark of cain'. Knowing how important Simon is to their clan leader, their chattering soon die down when they hear footsteps approaching and the strong cologne smell. They know it's their clan leader whom is approaching. They kept absolute silence hoping Raphael did not hear what they talk was all about.

"I hope next time Simon won't be a controversial topic for all of your 'after feeding gossiping'."

Raphael eyes scanned those whose heads were down looking guilty. Raphael sat on his seat and the meeting started. Lily and Elliott was in a hot debate and Raphael was basically in a daze till his ringtone broke through the layers of noises. Raphael took a peek at the phone screen and saw the name 'Simon'. He muttered a word 'sorry' and went out to talk the call.

"Shoot, I'm in a meeting now Simon."
"I thought you were going to the party with me?"

Even though it was through a call, Raphael knew that his Simon was pouting. And suddenly he was glad that he wasn't talking to him face to face, he might just kiss that face of Simon's.

"Didn't you see i left the clothes there for you? We are going okay, Baby."
"I told you not to call me baby! I'm not a baby!"
"How about darling?"
"I would prefer the previous one Raph."
"Darling, i need to go for a meeting, see you at 5pm okay?"
"Don't call me that!"

Raphael chuckled and said bye before ending his call. Gripping his phone tightly in his hand, Raphael went back to the meeting room and the meeting soon ended with Lily winning the debate and her proposal was finalized for the hotel.

Raphael sighed in relief that the meeting ended early and he soon arrived at his room. Walking in, Simon was asleep again, while his laptop was screening a show. It was pretty little liars. Raphael took a peek at the screen before pausing the show.

Simon was awaken by the movement of the laptop taken away from
his lap and his eye lids soon tore apart from each other, revealing a pair of hazel chocolate eyes. Coffee coloured, it was prettier than anyone else's eyes.

"Didn't know you would watch pretty little liars. Isn't it too mind straining for your pea brain?"
"Hey! Hmph."

Simon knew how to make Raphael insane, him acting cute and ignoring him.

Simon turned his head pouting, ignoring whatever poking and what Raphael said. Raphael sighed and let out a defeatedly groan. Simon always knew how to drive him crazy.

"Okay okay darling, sorry."
"Darling?"
"DON'T CALL ME DARLING RAPH."
"But you're still my darling after all."

Simon rolled his eyes and got up to get himself clothes to wear. Raphael looked at him as he takes his leave and started changing infront of him.

"You do know it's expensive right?"
"Ya."
"And you are changing into it infront of me."

It wasn't a question, it was a statement. Simon grin turned into a sly smile, acting graceful while he changes into the clothes.

"You can try Raph."
"I'm trying very hard to not, take it off from you."
"Unless you want to ruin one."

Apparently this time, the daylighter is smarter. Raphael stared at him while he change, and Simon was grinning from ear to ear for triumphing this time. But as a sly vampire, is Raphael really going to let his darling walk this one out?

"I won't ruin it, i will still let you regret, darling."

While saying, Raphael was blowing wind to Simon's neck causing the latter to shiver in itch. Simon may not be scared of Raphael's merciless tickling, his neck has always been a soft spot for him. Raphael's muscular arm wrapped around Simon's waist as the another hand of Raphael's cupped his baby cheeks. It was soft, and smooth, definitely too smooth for a guy.

"Darling, you're still too young and cute."
"I am cute, but you are so old now."

The adolescent laughed, kissing the taller vampire's plump red lips. Sinon could feel him grinning on his lips, definitely grinning.

"We should get going, the sun is setting."
"I'm surely going to kill bane for his bachelor party."
"I was the one who suggested it Raph, if you are going to kill the innocent and ignorant lead, how is the party going to continue? Or maybe, the person you want to kill is me."
"Nope, the person i want to kiss is you, not kill. Darling."

"Don't ever, call me darling. I actually think that baby was so much better."
"Change of mind, i prefer darling."
"Oh for God's sake raph."
"You just said God!"
"Really? For Go-" d's sake. Simon choked on blood and Raphael hugged him.
"Take it slowly darling."
"Diablos No, stop calling me darling."
"Te amo Darling."
"Stop calli-"

Raphael once again kissed Simon to stop him from talking, thinking to himself.

This method is useful, i could get used to it.
