The Football Player

Chapter One - My Story

               Well hi I am Brooklyn but, most people call me Brook. I am 18 going on to 19 in a few weeks. I am here to tell you how I ended up with the most popular guy in school (the football captain), considering I am a piece of junk. Well..... let me just tell you a little about myself first.

               I am a brunette born on August 23, I live with one of my life long besties, Jessie. We both share an apartment in New Jersey and both go to collage together. For the past few weeks we've been obsessing about two specific guys we both think are PERFECT, until one day that fantasy became a reality. As me and Jessie were on the bleachers watching the football team practice Brett winked at me and Jessie and I were so excited. After they had finished practicing Bret walked up towards me and Jessie and sat down. Jessie excused herself and then left. We were all alone. Once Jessie had left he had asked me, "Would you like to go out sometime?"

I replied, "Uhmmmm...... Sure, I guess, why not?"

So he said "Cool, How's, say, Friday? I will pick you up at 6:30?"

I then say "That sounds great." and then Brett walks off and Jessie runs up. I had then told her "He asked me out, omg. I have waited for this moment my whole life, were going out on Friday, around 6:30."

Jessie then replied, " Wow ! ! Now if only I could get a date, and plus the fall dance is next month (October) and I don't even think any boy in this school has even considered me."

"Don't worry, you'll be fine. Now hurry up. Tomorrow is Thursday, then Friday and I don't even know what to where." 

-Friday-

               I had gotten to school and headed for Jessie when Brett stopped me to remind me of our date. "Hey, were still on for tonight, right?"

"Yeah, of course. 6:30, right?"

"Yeah" said Brett.

               Then I headed off and grabbed Jessie arm and said "I still havn't gotten my outfit picked out for my date tonight."

"Omg, I totally forgot but next period is also our last period. So after next period we'll meet at my locker and take you home." Jessie said.

               So when next period finished we met and at Jessie's locker and then hopped into my car and went to our apartment. When we got there we opened my closet and through out all clothes that were suitable for a date. We had made three outfit. 1. Skinny jeans, A white camisole (or cami), and a cute v-neck blouse, and a pair of uggs (boots) 2. A tight, black strapless dress, a denim jacket, and heels and 3. A ruffled skirt, a light pink blouse/top, and my flats with flower designs on 'em. We chose the last outfit because a skirt is good for anything, from a night out to a elegant restaurant.
