chapter 8.

Brian's pov

Me and Maria went into the office and went to talk to the boss.

"You have one hell of an explanation. You disobeyed a direct order. Where's the shipment?" Penning said and Maria nodded and said its safe.

"Its safe." Penning repeated and I nodded.

"Look, we could use the shipment to parade in front of media, get a few hundred pounds of heroin off the street, but Braga's just gonna send another shipment next week and the week after that. Let's use the shipment to lure Braga out and lop the head off a multi-billion dollar cartel." Maria and I said at the same time.

"And how do you suggest we do that?" He asked us and we smirked.

"A hand-to-hand exchange with Braga." Maria said and I looked at penning.

"He'll never show." Stasiak said and Maria smirked but I clenched my jaw.

"He will if I do the exchange." Maria said and Stasiak and penning said absolutely not.

"Its not your decision. I'm doing this with our without your help." She said and got up and left.

Mariana's pov

I went to my garage and changed only for Fenix to be there. Pic above.

"Shit." I said and I was knocked out. I woke up in a car and I groaned and rubbed my head. I saw I was in Fenix's car in the the front and he was speeding.

"Your awake." He said and I groaned.

"Agents are sure getting pretty." He said and his hand went to my thigh. My hands were tie and I moved and he chuckled and kept his hand roaming my thigh. I saw Brian's car and he hit it and I hit my head on the dash board. Brains car flipped and  I screamed for Brian only to get hit in the face. I moved my knees to my chest and Fenix's got out I grabbed my knife and cut loose and grabbed my gun from my boots. I got out and went to shoot but I got shot instead. I looked down and saw the blood and I put my hand right above my hip and fell. I heard a crashed and I crawled over to Brian and I sat up next to him. Dom got out and I groaned and he rushed over to us. Brian had a cut and I had a gun shot wound. Dom told him to put pressure on it and went to me and put pressure on my wound making me scream in pain.

"Dom." I said and my breathing became slower.

"I love you. Tell Mia I love her." I said and he let tears roll down his face.

"Don't cry Dom just let me go." I said and he kept pressure on my wound when the cops came. They got here and flew me to the hospital with Dom by my side. I got put in surgery and than put to sleep. I woke up to my brother holding my hand.

"Am I dead?" I asked and he looked at me and said no.

"Mariana!" Mia said and ran over to me. She hugged me and I hugged her back. Brian walked in and I giggled cause he had flowers.

"I'm not dead yet no need for the flowers partner." I said and he smirked.

"So you admit I'm your partner?" He asked and I giggled.

"Yes." I said and he came over and hugged me.

Later.

"Please rise, Mr Toretto." The judge said and Dom stood up.

"I've listen to the testimony and taken into special consideration agent O'conner and agent Toretto's appeal of clemency on behalf of Mr Toretto. That his actions directly resulted in the apprehension of know drug trafficker Arturo Braga. However, this judiciary finds that one right does not make up for a lifetime worth of wrongs. And as such, I find that I am forced to level the maximum sentence under California law. Dominic Toretto,you are hereby sentenced to serve 25 years to life at the Lompoc maximum security prison system without the possibility of early parole. This court is adjourned." The judge said and I started to cry.

Later

We broke Dom out of the prison bus and me and him are running together.

Authors pov

"A daring midday breakout where everyone one onboard has been account for, except for one Dominic Toretto. Police have just released the identity of then people they believe to have orchestrated the shocking escape that amazingly resulted in no fatalities this  afternoon. They are formal federal agents Brian O'Conner and Mariana Toretto. A fierce manhunt is underway for four fugitives tonight. Multiple federal and local agencies have joined forces in the search for Dominic Toretto and his accomplices Brian O'conner, Mia Toretto and Mariana Toretto. But despite every eye in the country looking for them where Toretto and O'conner are now is anyone's guess."  

Later.

Vince's pov

I was walking out when a car revved. I turned around to see Dom and Mariana. I smirked and Maria smiled at me. We got to the guys and they saw Mariana and rolled their eyes. We got on the truck and took off.

Mariana's pov

We got up to the train and hooked up and cut the train. We ducked when it came off. Mia hugged me along with Brian. Vince got on the first car and I hear the guy say we get the GT 40. Vince got off and the guy went to get to the car but I stopped him.

"Ladies first." I said and Mia went to the car. I nodded and she got in after telling him it suited her better.

"Go with". Brian whispered and I said okay and told Mia to scoot over. She did and I got in and moved up and we got hooked. Brian said see you later baby to Mia and Dom went to Mia said and opened the door.

"Change of plans. Wait for my call." He said and I nodded and they hook us up and pulled us and Mia groaned and they lowered us and I hit the gas and turned. I spun around and sped off to the garage. We heard a door open and Mia grabbed and I pulled out my gun. I went to the side of the wall by the door and waited.

"Mia? Mariana?" Brian said and mia came out and hugged Brian and I waited still just in case.

"You okay?" She asked him and he said yea. God I wish Roman was here.

Making a team.

"Let's run through the bases real quick. Who do we need." I said and they nodded.

First we're going to need a chameleon. Some one who can blend in anywhere. Dom said.

What else? Mia asked

A fast talker. Someone who can bullshit their way out of anything. I said to them and me and Brian smirked. I get to see Roman. Me and him dated for 2 years until I was federal agent.

"We got that. Me and Brian said and I giggled

"This guy's is going to have a lot of surveillance. We're going to need someone who's good with circuits." Mia said

"And with those circuits Reyes is going to have walls. We're going to need guys to punch through those walls." I said

"What else?" Mia asked again

"Utilities and weapons. Someone who ain't afraid to throw down. Someone to back up every position." Dom said to us.

"Yeah what else do we need?" Brian asked this time.

"Most importantly 2 precision drivers. Guys that don't crack under pressure. Guys who never lose." I said with a smirk and looked at Dom and Brian

"You know we got that." Brian said to me with a smirk. Soon everyone showed up.

Group pov

Tej: "Oh hell nah I see they scraped the bottom of the barrel. Huh?"

Roman: "I guess they did cause your ass is here. When you going to give Martin Luther King his car back?"

Tej: "As soon as you give Rick James his jacket back." Someone arrives on a crotch rocket.

Roman: "Sexy legs, baby girl. What time do they open."

Gisele: "Same time I put this trigger. Want me to open them?"
