chapter two "the rescue"

It was late in the night, I was lying in my bed with my eyes closed, but not asleep just waiting, waiting for the signal.

"Knock knock' I hear the signal and slip out of my bed, already fully dressed and ready.

I walked to the window, and pull back the curtains, there out side my window was Fred, George and Ron in the flying car.

I can't beleive I was about to jump in this contraption and then let these knuckle heads try and drive us to get Harry. Then get us back before everyone wakes up. I would have to be crazy to actually do this.

I opened the window, jumped in to he front seat.

"Well I'm officially bonkers." I said

"Is this supposed to be news to us?" Fred said.

I cracked a smile and pushed him playfully, " Oh, would you just shut up and drive already."

"Your wish is my command my lady."

With that we where in our way. And after about 3 hours and several close calls of almost hitting mountains, birds, and even a house! We where at number four private drive.

"We're here." Fred announced.

"I can't believe it, we're finally here, and in one piece no less. Simply amazing." I said astonished

"Hey my driving wasn't that bad." Fred said

"Yeah mate, tell that to the people who's windmill you knocked down. " Ron said

"Oh hush."

"Alright that's enough, now that we're here we gotta get Harry." I said

"Right," Ron said "how are we gonna do that?"

"Yeah we can't very well walk up to that front door and ask if we can take Harry to spent the rest of the summer with us." George said

"Well then, good thing were not going to do it that way then. " I said

"How are we gonna do it?" Fred asked

"Well if I was betting I'd say that the window with the bars over it is Harry's. So all we have to do is drive over and get him." I said

"What about the bars?" Fred asked

"Well, we'll worry about that in a minute, right now let's get over there."

We pulled up beside the window. I then rolled the window down and reached my hand out to knock on the window.

I saw a light come on then Harry walked over to the window. He saw me and I waved. He quickly opened the window.

"Anna? Ron? Fred George? What's.....what are you...." Harry said

"We've come to get you." said Ron next to me.

"Yeah we've been worried since you haven't wrote back to anyone all summer." George said

"Well right now get your stuff your coming with us. " I said

"Ok but the bars." Harry said

"Don't worry I've got it just get ready." I said while he went to get ready. "Hey Ron reach over and hand me that chain. "

"Here you go. " he said handing it to me

I then took the chain and wrapped it around the bars.

"Ok Fred ready, go!" I said

We sped off and boom and bars came right off. We then came back. I was handing Ron Harry's trunk when I heard someone running up the stairs. Crap they must have heard the bars come off.

"Harry come on hurry." I said reaching out to him to help him in.

I had almost gotten him in when Vernon came and started trying to pull him back, but my grip on his arm wasn't letting up, I wasn't about to let him go.

"Fred get a little closer!" I said

He did I was then able to get a better grip on Harry and pull him in.

Once he was in i stuck my head out.

"Well it's lovely to see you uncle Vernon, but I'm afraid we must be off. Oh and Harry will be with us the rest of the summer, sure you don't mind. Well bye." And with that we where gone.
