Words make no sense. Because they make no sense.

Words must've come from nowhere. If you take a word (let's take the word word for example :D), it must've come from somewhere. So maybe it came from a word from another language. Where did that word come from? Another word? And if you keep tracing it back, where did that first word come from? Some random individual must've created it.

Or maybe if words originated from hieroglyphs, then it doesn't make sense either. Where did hieroglyphs come from?

Can't be something like, "Once upon a time, Bob said, 'Hey let's communicate using hieroglyphs! LOL!'"

Because that makes no sense either, because how would he have said it if he has invented hieroglyphs?

In my extremely humble opinion, languages make no sense because they exist.
