~4 years later, Ada is now 11, Max's pov~

"After 4 years, Ada has to be in a wheelchair." I said to the interviewer. "It's been amazing how strong she has been. Its a miracle she is still alive."

~4 months earlier, Ada's pov~

I kept getting sicker and sicker, growing weaker each time. At one time, I had to use crutches to walk, just to help me hold myself up. I didn't have the strength to stand. One day, I remember my pneumonia became so bad, I ended up blacking out for 3 days. When I woke up, I tried to stand, but I couldn't move my legs. I called dad and told him what happened.

~Max's pov, still 4 months earlier~ I was eating cereal, when I heard Ada call my name. Ross and Tim were eating, and we all walked upstairs. We knew something was wrong, seeming as how she didn't come downstairs to tell us instead of calling us to come upstairs.

"Ada? What's wrong? Is everything alright?" I asked, opening the door.

"Dad, I can't move my legs. I can't stand."

"What?!" I exclaimed, running up to her.

Seeming as how Ross worked at a hospital, he knew what happened.

"The pneumonia, Max. The pneumonia did this to her." I turned around quickly, but I never argued.

Ross walked up and said, "Do you feel anything when I touch your leg?" And he touched her leg.

"No. Nothing. Nothing at all." She said.

"How about on this one?" He did the same thing to the left leg. The same answer.

Ross turned to me, and said, "Max, follow me outside for a minute. Ada, we will be back in a minute."

"Ok." I said, and followed him out the door.

Ross turned to me, and said, "Max, Ada is paralyzed. She won't be able to walk, but she will able to move her arms and neck around."

I understood and nodded. Ross walked back in and told Ada she wouldn't be able to walk anymore, but could still go to the offices. She looked devastated, but happy.

We drove to the hospital and explained our conundrum. They understood and let us purchase a wheelchair. We took it back home, and Ada scooted over the bed and into the wheelchair. I helped her down the stairs by carrying her, seeming as how she was 11 and as skinny and light as me.

I set he back down into the wheelchair and the helped her into the car.

~Time skip to the offices, Adam's pov~

I was planning out what to do, when I heard Max, Ross, Tim and Ada talking. I turned around, and saw Ada in a wheelchair. Before I could panic frantically about what happened, Ross explained it to me. I calmed down and said, "Ada. I have a surprise for you."

Her face brightened. I told her to follow me and I showed her her very own office.

"Om my gosh! Thanks Adam! You're the best brother EVER!" She hugged me.

I laughed and said, " I know, Ada. I know." I hugged her, almost crying as to what happened and her telling me that. When I stopped hugging her, I let her look around her office.

"Ada?" I asked, smiling.

"Hm?" She responded.

"How would you like to be in our Minecraft role plays and Do Not Laughs?"

I think that made her day.

"Yes!" She exclaimed.

~Back to the beginning of the Chapter, 4 months later, Max's pov~

"Its a miracle she is alive. To be in a wheel chair for 4 months, and have pneumonia for that long, ever since she was born, its amazing. Just to see how far she has come, and how strong she is. Its amazing. I'm happy that I adopted her." I explained to the interviewers. "She has been playing Minecraft since she was 3, so she has been playing for 8 years now, and she has become famous among the people at Sky offices."
