Nicole's pov

I wake up to my head laying on Derricks chest. I take a deep breath in of his familiar scent, a mix of campfire and axe. I open my eyes to find him still asleep. I go over the events of last night in my head. After what happened at the camp fire, I feel safer then ever in his arms. I still feel bad I haven't told him yet. But I will when the right time comes, I don't wanna ruin his camping trip with my dumb problems. After about a half hour I scoot upwards to his face and give him a kiss. His eyes flutter open and he smiles when he sees me.

"Morning princess" I blush, I've never been called that before

"Morning" I say he gives me a kiss and wraps his arms around me.

"How did you sleep?" He asks, I slept amazing I always do when I'm with him, the past couple of days I've gotten the most sleep I've had in months

"When I'm with you I always sleep good" I say, a wide smile grows on his face and he sighs and closes his eyes

"I'm so glad" I smile and he presses his lips against mine. I feel safe, I feel unstoppable, so I take a big risk. I climb onto of him and deepen our kiss. His hands go to my waist and I run my fingers through his hair.

"GET UP YOU LOVE BIRDS!" Alex yells interrupting us

"YEA THATS RIGHT WE CAN HEAR YOU IN THERE!" John yells banging on the tent with a stick. I slide off of him, Derrick rolls his eyes and gives me one last quick kiss before sitting up. I put on my bra and one of his tee shirts and follow him out of the tent. Everyones smirking and starting at us. Derrick shoves John playfully and goes and sits down on his chair around the fire.

"What do you guys want for breakfast? We all decided on fish"

"Fish is good" Derrick answers

"Yea I love fish" I say

"But can you catch one?" Christian says raising his eyebrows as he hands me a rod. I narrow my eyes at him

"Like you've never seen" I say, he narrows his eyes too

"I guess we will see about that" he says. He quickly turns around and throws Derrick his fishing pole and we all walk down to the dock. See the thing is... I'm really good at fishing, but I hate the idea of of brutally shoving a hook in an innocent fishes lips and dragging them out of the water until they suffocate. It's just not right. I'm good if you already cook it and hand it to me all fancy on a plate though. But I don't want to be difficult so I decide to just toughen up and go with it. Derrick takes a worm from the jar and rips it in half. Poor worm, it probably had a family! He takes my hook and wraps it around stabbing it as its insides ooze out. I cringe watching him. When he's done I give the line some slack and care fully put it behind me and throw it as hard as I can across the lake. I real it in a little and sit on the dock and wait, dangling my bare feet in the water. Everyone's catching fish like crazy and I haven't gotten a single bite yet. After about 20 minutes of Christian rubbing it in my face that he's a better fisher then me I feel a big tug on my line that almost pulls me into the water. I stand up trying to regain my balance and I pull with all my might trying to reel in the fish. Everyone's cheering me on all happy and exited but all I can think is poor fish I'm so sorry! I give one last yank and the fish comes flying through the air dangling from my pole.

After that they skin and cook the fish. It's really good but I still felt bad for it. After we eat the guys started a game of can jam, I'm on a team with Christian and Brice against John, Derrick and Alex. I snap my wrist and let the frisbee fly just like skipping rocks across a lake. I aim a little too high though and it glides right over the top.

"Danget" I say. We go back and forth. Derrick and Alex got it in a couple times same with me, Christian and Brice. John isn't very good at it though. He throws it and it goes soaring behind us and disappears in the bushes. Brice and Christian run back to go get it.
