when officers Riggs and Johnston both showed, they dashed for Macy's computer. she was already prepared for their extensive combing through the girls file. " so i toke a preemptive look at the girls file and saw that she was very successful during her high school career and really had no reason, that i see, to kill herself." Macy said. " i have identified some of her closest friends. their names are Riley Bonofar and Jacob Salister. they live near the station if you want to go and talk to them. their parents said it was okay." with that the two officers were out and on there merry way to the house of Riley Bonafar.
"do you think that they are going to talk?" asked officer Riggs quietly.
"i don't know but i would imagine if they want to help make closure for their friend." replied officer Johnston. they didn't say anything else for the whole ride. these two were new partners, so they needed to get to know each other better. Johnston was an old-fashioned man, and he was very religious. Riggs was the man that was extremely open-minded. he was gay and wanted to be exepting of everyone too. its not that Johnston didn't like Riggs but he didn't respect him to be as good as a partner as he believed a straight man would. he tried to get a partner switch, but the Cheif was not interested in his petty reasons.
