Echi-Echi and Ramen

I am soooo sorry! This update is very late, but midterms and projects overcame me. PLUS my birthday, roommate problems, and trying to organize my ghost hunting club. So, school is almost done for me, and I plan on updating more often! Please, don't hate me for being late!!

Nendo just ran out of the Akatsuki hideout.

Panting, Nendo tried to catch her breath as she had her hands on her knees. She had made it to the rendezvous point in only two hours. Which normally she would be impressed with that, since it usually would have been a four hour trek, but she was already two days late. After her breath was less rushed, she straightened up to check out the area. She was in a little town and due to her wind-blown appearance, she was getting more than a few stares. Not seeing Kori nearby, or hearing her, Nendo walked up to an elderly man and asked him, "Excuse me, but have you seen a young woman with pale blonde hair, blue eyes, and who is very loud?" The old man chuckled and replied, "Ah, yes the young one with the tongue of a mercenary. She left town this morning, she looked to be headed towards the Hidden Leaf." With just enough time to say thank you, Nendo rushed off to find her friend.

----At the Akatsuki Hideout--------

"DEIDARA-SENPAI!!!!!!!" screamed Tobi as he jumped at the blonde bomber. He wasn't even fazed as Deidara smacked him into the ground, "WHAT!"

From the floor Tobi sniffled a bit, "I was just wondering where Nendo-kun went to, she promised to play with me today." Deidara sighed, "She ran off to find a friend that she got separated from. And don't ask me where she went, because she didn't even tell me."

"OKAY!!" screeched the small man-child, as he ran off to bother either Sasori or Zetsu, which ever was less likely to kill him that day.

----Somewhere in the Hidden Leaf-------

"OY! PERVERT!"

Kakashi sighed as he heard loud footsteps approach him, while he was reading the newest Echi-Echi Paradise. He was surprised that she was even able to find him, he was well hidden in a tree near the top of the Faces. "Yo, Kori. What are you up to?" He said as he jumped from the tree to land in front of her. "Nendo missed our rendezvous, so I was hoping that I would find her somewhere around here." She said, as she flipped her hair over her shoulder. "Well I haven't seen her yet. How long did you wait at the rendezvous for her?" He asked, as he shoved his book into a pocket, knowing that he wouldn't get another chance to read with Kori there. "I waited for a whole day, and everyone in the town were starting to get pissed at me. So I left, hoping that if Nendo was late she would figure out where I had gone next." Huffing as she said this, Kori turned around and started walking away. "Oh, and Kakashi. Make sure to hide better next time you decide to read your smut, I could find you easily by the glow that your face gave off!" Winking at him as he flushed bright red, she sprinted off to find some food. Kakashi sighed again, "Well, it sure is interesting when Kori shows up." He chuckled as he climbed back up into his tree, knowing that his students would never find him there.

----Main Gate of Hidden Leaf--------

"Nendo!"

"Oh hey Jiraiya!" Nendo called, as the white-haired Sanin walked up to her. "I saw your friend run past a few hours ago. Are you ladies having problems?" He questioned as he leaned down to her height. "No, that's not it. I missed the rendezvous, so she left without me." She huffed out, as she was still working on getting her breath back, she had run all the way from the other village. "Oh, well if you are looking for her, I would try Ichiraku's, you know how hungry she can get!" He exclaimed as he walked off. "Thanks!" Nendo called after him, getting a hand wave in return. She spun on her heel and took off down the street to the ramen shop. As she got close she heard a commotion coming from the little shop. Next thing she knew, she was flat on her back with someone on top of her.

"WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?"

Well, she found Kori.
