This is where the Bicentennial Eirealis (dragonfriend410) used to live. Recently, however, the air around it has gotten collectively colder, and if one had traveled near it recently they could hear activity from above. A new Bicentennial, going by the title of the Winter Watcher, has taken residence here since Eir's untimely death. Most of Eir's stuff has disappeared, save for her collection of books and her alchemy equipment.
