This is yet another place where Bicentennials like to hang out and gather resources. It isn't quite as run-down as some of the other places you'll find in the city, which is why Bicentennials often come here. However, it is not as well-stocked as the picture implies - most of the food was taken by other Bicentennials or scavenging animals.
