Chapter 5

Kayla's POV
Grayson had texted me that we were going to have a double date with Ethan and Stephanie. Good thing I went to the mall cause I would have taken hours trying to figure out what to wear. I didn't know where we were going so I texted Grayson asking him what to wear. He said to be formal. So I took that into consideration and I wore this pink lace strapless dress that was all the way to my knees.

As I was doing my makeup I heard my doorbell ring. Ugh!! I went to go get it and I saw Stephanie with a smile across her face.
"Hey Kayla I know I didn't tell but since it's a double date I want it to be perfect so I came over" She said
"Thanks I actually didn't even know what to do to my hair or what to do for my makeup" I said
"Ok let's go" She said
Stephanie straightened my hair and she curled hers into loose waves. For my makeup she did this natural look with some gold eyeshadow. And she used Koko K by Kylie on my lips. I did a smokey eye on her face because she had a black Lacey dress. Also I mostly do smokey eyes as my makeup all the time so I had a lot of experience with it.
They knocked on the door and complimented our outfits.
"Wow Kayla you look stunning" Grayson said
"Thank you, you look very handsome as well" I said. Grayson was smiling.
"Stephanie you look hot in that dress" Ethan said
"Thanks Eth, you look amazing" She said
Grayson and Ethan came to my house and picked us up in their black Range Rover. They didn't tell us where we were going because they wanted it as a surprise. We arrived at the place and it was an Italian restaurant. The manager came over to us.
"What is your reservation under" the manager asked
"Dolan" both Ethan and Grayson said
We walked to our table that had candles lit and classical music playing. The waiter kept checking me out and I saw Grayson's jaw clenched. I held his hand so he would calm down, luckily it worked and he gave me a soft smile. We already ordered our drinks and the waiter came over to get what we wanted to eat.

"What would the ladies like?" The waiter asked
"I'll take the pasta please" I said
"I'll have the lasagna" Stephanie said
"What would you gentleman like to have" The waiter asked
"I'll have the lasagna also" Ethan said
"And you sir" The waiter said
"I'll have the pasta too" Grayson said with an angry tone
"I'll be right back with your food" The waiter said
"That guys a jerk for trying to take my woman away from me" Grayson said
"Gray don't worry I only love you and only you" I said giving him a smile.
"Ok good I thought you would leave me" Gray said
"Never, I love you"
"I love you too Kayla"
Grayson's POV
That waiter made me want to punch him in the face. Why would he just flirt with MY girlfriend right in front of me the nerve of some people.
The waiter came back with our orders and he slipped a piece of paper in her plate. That made me so angry Ethan had to calm me down. I grabbed the piece of paper from Kayla, read it and I saw his phone number on it, and I even teared the paper into shreds. Kayla was laughing that made me simmer down.

I could listen to her talk for hours. We finished eating and we payed the check the waiter told Kayla to call him. That was my last straw so I punched the guy in the face and left.
"Feisty, aren't cha" Kayla said
"I don't want him touching my woman" I said
"Aww gray" She said smiling and hugging me

We then went to the beach without them knowing. Kayla took her heels off and we started walking hand in hand. Ethan and Stephanie were laying down in this blanket and picnic basket me and Ethan set up for the girls. I took the letters I wrote for Kayla and I read them to her.

"Kayla, your the apple in my eye and you are my sunshine. I can't imagine a day without you and I love you with all my heart. When you are in pain I wish I could take that pain for you so you wouldn't have to suffer. I know we are too young to get married but I want you to be with me forever. I want us to have kids and you to be the mother of my children. I love spending every minute with you and I can't stand not being the one to protect you and to not be the one to call you mine. I promise you that I will never hurt you and that I will always be there for you. Kayla, can you promise to be with me for the rest of my life."
"Yes, I love you so much Grayson" she said
I was so happy she said that I wouldn't imagine not being with her.
"Believe me I love you way more than you can ever imagine" I said
I saw tears in her eyes and I wiped them away.

They both stayed in our place because we both didn't want them to leave. Stephanie stayed in Ethan's room and Kayla stayed in my room. Kayla and I were watching Titanic that showed how much I loved Kayla just like the 2 main characters loved each other. We both went to bed and I had the best night of my life.
