I look at you
With wide open eyes
Let me glare
Into those more than twice

I see the world
You left behind
You gave your best
To divert your mind

You seem like
You don't care anymore
Of the world
That left you so sore

But I can see the
Truth in your eyes
Oh I really want
To make you realize

That the way you
Are different from the inside
You cannot face
The fierce world outside

Let me in you
So I could tell you how
To be who you really are
And survive anyhow

I see a fighter in that case
Let it be open, not afraid
Let it come out
Let me see how it is made

You don't need
A fake, a cover up
No need to cry
And fill the cups

Let your soul
Come out the way it really is
Let it contain
All that is a miss

Let me not hear
The screeching silence inside
Let the shout be now
Your weakness's hide

The past was a past
Tell me if it'll ever come back
Don't destroy your coming at least
If you want to have all that's a lack

Let them come to you
Not for the purpose of your masked face
But let them fall for
Your true and naked soul's grace
