Orcas Trust (A Tilikum Story)

Chapter 1: getting the job

Samantha's pov:

Today was the day I was suppose to find out if I got the job at SeaWorld as a Orca trainer, I was walking up the steps to the building, when I got in there I was directed by a lady to the bosses office. "Good morning mrs.woods" the boss said "good morning ma'am" I said as we shook hands "please sit down" she said. "Well it seems that you are capable of doing training with the Orcas so you are hired" she said as I stood there shocked then quickly brushed it off "thank you ma'am I won't let you down" I said as I got up and shaked her hand "tell the trainer Kelly I said you will be working with tilikum" she said as I nodded. After a long drive to the place I parked my car where it said employee parking and got off. I headed inside and saw on of the trainers "hi I'm Samantha the new trainer for the Orcas" I said as she looked up with a smile "hi I'm Kelly" she said "hi Kelly the boss told me to tell you that I was going to work with tilikum" I said as her faced quickly changed to horror "are you sure she said tilikum" she asked "yes would you Like to call and ask her" I said. She nodded and left to a near by phone and called the boss, I went to stand behind her to listen to the conversation "are you sure you want to put the new trainer with tilikum" she said as I heard the boss reply being that the phone was sort of loud that you could hear her "yes she is perfect for tilikum" she said "ok then" Kelly said as she hung up. "What happened with tilikum that you where afraid when I said I was going to train with him" I asked her "tilikum killed someone who used to work here" she said as my eyes grew wide "so why did she put me with tilikum" I asked her since I wasn't able to hear the other part of the conversation "she said that you are special and will be able to gain tilikum's trust" she said as I nodded. She lead me to a room and gave me a suit to put on, after I was done we went outside to where tilikum was and when I saw him I gulped.
