Chapter 23: Xavier apoligizes to Damon

Recaps: I love you to Damon now go get changed so we could go to bed" she said as I nodded and went to change then went to sleep with my beautiful wife.

Samantha's pov:
I woke up the next morning with Damon's arm on my waist and his hand on mines "hey Samantha" I heard a whisper from the door, I turned around to see Xavier at the door "what" I whispered back "I need your help I think Damon broke my nose" he whispered "what the fuck do you want me to do" I whispered to him "can you take me to the hospital please" he asked me "no she can't take you dumass take yourself" Damon said as he pulled me towards his chest "I don't have a fucking car retard" he said "well walk your sorry ass to the fucking hospital then" Damon said "alright that's enough with the language their are children in the house" I said as I tried to get out of Damon's grip but he held me tighter to his chest "Damon I need to pee" I told him, I felt him loosen his grip and I darted for the bathroom "get out of my room now Samantha needs to change and so do I Xavier" I heard Damon say as I flushed the toilet and opened the door "are you OK Damon I understand what happened between the two of you but do you have to be that mean to him" I said "I want you to stay away from him Samantha please" he said ignoring my question "OK I will" I said to him as he smiled kissed my cheeck then went to the bathroom.

Damon's pov:
After she Samantha said she'll stay away from my brother I smiled and gave her a kiss on the cheeck then went to the bathroom and did my business. I came out and saw Samantha already dressed "let me see if the kids are awake maybe we could go eat some where today" she said as she opened the door and went to the kids bedroom "so are you going to be like that or are you gonna let me talk to you and apologize" came Xavier's voice from next to me "I would suggest you stay away from her I may not have been protective with Abigail because she was a total bitch but Samantha is different so stay away from here or I'll break something else" I told him as I heard him gulp then went to change. After I changed I went to look for Samantha and found her in the kitchen with the boys and Xavier, I went up to her and wrapped my arms around her and went close to her ear "I thought I told you to stay away from him and to not be near him when I'm not around" I whispered into her ear "the kids dragged me down here and he followed me" Samantha whispered back "you do know I could here you two right" Xavier said as I turned around and saw my kids no where in sight and did the first thing that came to my mind, I grabbed him by his shirt collar "I don't give a shit Xavier" I told him as I felt a hand on my shoulder, I turned around and saw Samantha "Damon calm down the kids are looking at you" she said as I turned towards the living room and saw the kids watching me, I let Xavier go and wrapped my hands around Samantha in an effort to calm myself down. After I calmed down I went to the kids and picked them both up "so are we going to eat breakfast some where or not" I asked them "can we go to McDonald's daddy" my kids asked "of course we can boys, sweety can you grab the car keys" I asked as she sighed and went to get them "daddy is this what you meant by mommy always listening to you and her being a sidekick" Ethan asked "I beg your pardon" Samantha said in an angery voice "see boys when this happens I would always feel safe to be caring you two so we could go TO THE BATMOBILE" I yelled the last part as I ran to the truck with the boys in my arms "I think we lost her daddy" Aiden said as I looked back to see Samantha no where in sight 'crap' I thought to myself as I opened the door "stay in here OK" I told them as they nodded and I rushed in side "Xavier if you so much as to put a finger on Samantha I'm gon-" I cut of my sentence when I saw heard my brother crying "all I want to do is apologize how damn hard can that be I want us to go back to how we were years ago but that's never gonna happen is it Samantha" I heard him cry "look just try and tell him your sorry for what you did" she told him "sorry isn't going to cut it" he said as I came into view and saw Xavier crying like crazy "so that's what you came here to say that your sorry" I said as he jumped and I saw his nose bleeding "yea I was and also to see if I could stay for a few months till I find a job and get enough money to pay for a house but I guess I could just leave if you don't want me here" he said as he got up "apology accept little brother" I told him as he looked at me shocked "w-what" he said "you heard me I accept your apology man plus remember what mom use to say 'we are brothers and brothers always stay with each other thru hard times' and I'm here for you bro" I told him and he came up and hugged me "thanks Damon your a great big brother anybody could have" he said as I saw Samantha smile at us "yea I guess I am now let's go the kids are waiting plus I'll help you get a job at the police station if that helps and also find the right girl for you" I told him as he smiled "thanks Damon by the way do you two mind if we stop by a hospital after we eat" he said as I nodded.
