Nina POV~

"Hey Lena,I'm going to go visit Care alright?" I said while heading out the door. "Okay, be careful!" Elena yelled from upstairs.

I arrived at the hospital and ignored the woman who was complaining about it not being visitors hours. I arrived at Caroline's room at sat by her bed as she was asleep. Half an hour later the door to her room creaked and 'Elena' walked in.

"Hey Nina, how is she?" 'Elena' asked worriedly. "Cut the crap Katherine, I'm not dumb" I snarled. "Hmm, your smart, shame I'm going to turn you" she smiled.

I looked at her confused before she sped towards me and shoved her blood down my throat. Before I could stop her she snapped my neck and the last thing I saw was her suffocating Caroline.

I woke up with a sudden jolt and I turned to the side to see Caroline looking at me.
"Nina?whats going on?" She asked me frightened. Flashbacks ran through my head of Katherine killing me then Caroline.
"We're in transition" I muttered as a strong aroma of something delicious hit my nose. Caroline looked at me knowing we both smelt something the same.
I walked out of the room at towards some blood bags. I got two and quickly sped back to the room. Care's eyes fixed on my hand as I pulled a blood bag out and then threw it at her.
I ripped mine open and drank from it unable to stop. Caroline watched me as she took slow sips from hers. I could feel the veins underneath my eyes and my teeth sharpening as I fixated on her blood bag. I was heading to grab her blood bag until the sun shine through the window and burnt me.
I screamed in agony and sped to the dark corner of the room. "Nina?" Care asked "are you okay?"
"No Caroline, I need more" I snarled while pointing at her blood bag.
"Hey! What's all the commotion?" The receptionist asked as she walked in to the room. Not that I really noticed what she said all I could focus on was the pulsing of her veins.
I sped towards her and grabbed her face. "Do not scream,stand still" I compelled. I felt my fangs elongate and I bit in to her skin getting as much blood as possible. Caroline went to the other side of her and bit into her neck aswell.

I couldn't stop the blood was to delicious. "Nina!Nina,Stop!" Care yelled throwing me away from her. She bit into her wrist fed her some blood and compelled her to forget.
"What did you do?!" I snarled thirstily. "You nearly killed her!" She yelled. Realisation flashed through me and I sank to the floor head in my hands.
"Please, please tell me what's happening" she asked me shakily.

"We're Vampires Caroline" I said.
