After dinner, we went out strolling around in the beautiful New York night. We held hands, I gave her my jacket when it got chilly, and it was magical, like something you'd see in a movie. We passed a restaurant, and she said to me, "Hey, sorry babe, but I really have to pee. Wait here." "Okay," I said, "don't be too long." She leaned in and kissed me. "I won't."
After 10 minutes and two unanswered texts, I went in to check on her. The lady cleaning the tables showed me where the bathrooms were. She wasn't there. I got worried and went to the cleaning lady to ask about her. She said she saw her leave with another customer.
I started to tear up and I ran outside. "MALLIE! SPRINKLES! MY LOVE, MY MALORIE! WHERE ARE YOU? PLEASE COME BACK! DON'T LEAVE ME!" At this point I was bawling my eyes out. I couldn't stand the thought of losing her; not on a night like this; our sixteenth birthday, our first day as a real couple; now, our first separation.
"MYAH!" she screamed back to me from around the corner. I heard another voice telling her to shut up.
I was horrified: for my life, and her's.She screamed once again, this scream being more terrifying than the last. "MYAH! HELP ME, PLEASE! I'VE BEEN KIDNA...mmmhhm.."
Her cries for help were being muffled by something, or, someone.
I felt like I was paralyzed, powerless. My girlfriend was just captured and I can't do a damn thing about it.
After a few seconds of lost hope, I called the police.
