Destined to Love

Chapter 6

Damian's POV:

The scent over took my senses in seconds. There was another male's scent all over my mate. Turning on my heels I noticed that there was someone else in the room. It was a male and the scent belonged to him. My instincts took over in a heartbeat. Growling, I lunged at the male. Of course knowing by my previous actions the wolf dodged my hit. This just fueled my anger.

"Damian stop! He didn't do anything!", Ana yelled at me.

She was taking his side. My mate was taking some random male's side! I might have been angry earlier but now I'm furious! My wolf was mad at this wolf for touching what is ours, and I'm mad at Anastasia for taking this wolf's side.

"You're taking his side!?", I yelled at her.

I could tell she was taken aback when I yelled at her. I instantly felt bad.

"I'm sorry Ana. I shouldn't have yelled at you. I'm just mad that you are taking his side over mine."

"It's okay, and by the way his name is Trevor and he actually saved my life."

To say I was embarrassed was an understatement. I was ashamed in myself for not trusting in my mate.

"Oh."

"Yeah. Oh is right.", Ana said with a frown on her face.

Walking up to her I cup her face with my hand.

"I'm so sorry Anastasia. I never meant hurt you. Please forgive me."

"I will once you send someone to get me a pineapple mango smoothie.", she smiled at me.

"Anything for you Ana.", I said truly meaning it.

I smiled at her. She was just so perfect. Of course she had flaws, but those flaws are the things I adore the most. The way she smiled was enough to make me feel like I was on Cloud 9, and the way she looks at me...No words can describe how I feel. I need a way to show her how much I love her because I, Damian Scott, am madly in love with her and I have fallen hard.

There was a knock at the door ripping me away from my thoughts.

"Come in!", I shout.

The wolf comes in lowering her head in submission.

"Hello Sir. I have brought Anastasia her pineapple mango smoothie with a side of chocolate covered strawberries."

"Thank you. You may go now."

She wasn't even looking at me anymore she was looking at Trevor. I know that look. They were mates. To test my theory I touched his mate which caused him to growl.

"Do not touch what is mine!", he growled at me.

Trevor's POV:

I finally found her. Walking up to her I hug her.

"I finally found you.", I whisper in her ear.

She shivers. I smile knowing how much of an effect I have on her.

"What is your name love?"

She blushes replying, "Cameron my name is. I mean my name is Cameron!"

Damn. She's just perfect.

"Cameron I'm already madly in love with you.", I say truly meaning it.

"Do I have permission to kiss you?", I ask her.

She gives me a slight nod and that's all it takes. Leaning in I kiss her. A million fireworks burst as my lips touched hers. I grab her face making the kiss deeper. She moans which gives me enough access to put my tongue in her mouth. We fight for dominance, but in the end I win. Grabbing her waist I bring her closer to me and she tangles her fingers in my hair. I moan and she smiles. Somebody coughs really loudly breaking us from our kiss. She blushes deeply and I smile at her. Grabbing my mate's hand I pull her out of the room.

"Go on a date with me!", I blurt out.

Cameron giggles and there isn't a sound out there that could top how beautiful it sounded. She nods her head yes and my wolf cries out in joy. Picking her up I spin her around.

"I'll pick you up at 7 okay?", I stare into her eyes and I'm not sure what color they are. Kissing the top of her head I walk back to the hospital room.

Damian's POV:

Grabbing Ana's waist I push myself against her making it clear how much I want her. She moves herself against me slowly. 

"Hey g-WOAH okay!",Trevor comes in covering his eyes immediately.

Growling I cover up my mate not liking another male looking at her, mated or not.

I swear I'm going to hurt him.

"What do you want Trevor?"

Scratching the back of his neck sheepishly he looks at me.

"I'm sorry for you know err hitting your mate with my football. I was wondering if you could teach me or at least help me out with footie considering you're captain.", he states blushing.

"No I don't thi- OW!!", rubbing my side I glare at Ana.

"He would love to Trevor.", smiling she looks at me as if saying try me.

"Thanks Damian."

"No problem, but could you leave? Not to be rude or anything."

Trevor looks at me blushing.

"I was wondering if I could ask Anastasia something. ", he states.

Looking at her she nods her head.

Leaving I yell 10 minutes behind me.

Ana's POV:

Trevor looks really nervous.

Laughing I ask Trevor what's on his mind.

"Can you help me pick a place to bring Cameron on our date!?", he blurts out.

I give him multiple places to choose from and I can't help but think how lucky Cameron is to have a mate like Trevor. A growl comes from the other side of the door.

I, Damian Scott, future alpha of the Crescent Moon reject you Anastasia as my mate.

My wolf cries out in pain and I can't breathe.

Damian just rejected me as his mate.
