Finding Charlie

Chapter 3

We pulled up to this really big and nice house, nothing like the small apartment at home. I looked at the house and got out of the car and went to the trunk to get my bags but once I got there, there was already someone grabbing them. It was my dad. In the airport he told me his name was David and the mom is Amy. Apperently I have a older brother named Calum, and he is in a world famous band called 8 Hours Of Winter and I guess they are on tour. I'm not sure but I feel like I am going to like it here. I walked into the house and I see a big grand staircase and I run up it like a little kid running to get to the slide at the park before any of the other kid's could. David called from downstairs "Your bedroom is the one with the black door." I ran to the door with my favorite band posters and I ran in and the room had baby blue walls and a black bed and band posters all over the walls with their music in cases. I think I cried at how beautiful it was. I walked around and the drawers were filled with skinny jeans and shorts and anything a " emo" girl could wish for. I walked and found a walk in closest and a bathroom. It had a bathtub and a shower and a sink and one of those jappanese toiltes that warm the seat. When I walked out of the bathroom I saw a big bookcase filled with books and on the bed was a macbook pro and a iphone. I looked at the old crappy and small trackphone I had in my hand and tossed it on the bed and put my contacts onto my new phone and transsfered the pictures I had on my old phone onto my iphone. When I walked downstairs there were 4 new guys I haven't seen before in the kitchen screaming and yelling at each other. They were all cute. As I walked down Amy saw me and said "Calum here is your sister, Charlie" All of the guys turned around and looked at me and one that had brown hair and a blonde streak on his bangs ran over to me and picked me up and hugged me. I felt like this hug belonged too. I looked at him and said "I take it your Calum?" He shook his head yes and said "It's been so long since iv'e heard your voice." He put me down and introduced me to the other 3 guys. One with a blonde quiff and a lip piercing named Luke, one with blue hair who was really hot who was Michael and one with curly hair searching the pantry for banana nut bread mix who was Ashton. Calum said "You better get used to us 'cause we all live here and will always be this loud." I laughed and walked over to the couch and sat down next to Amy and said "Can I go out and explore the city? Ya know, get to know the place?" She shook her head yes and handed me a $50 dollar bill and said "Calum and the guys are going with you so you won't get lost. Do you have your new phone?" I shook my head yes and me and the guys walked out of the house. They all looked at me and said "What do you wanna do first?" I looked them all dead in the eye and said "LET'S GET BUBBLE TEA!" They all looked at me like I was crazy. Then they all screamed "BUBBLE TEA!" and we jumped in a convertable in the driveway and drove off towards the city.
