My wife has always been an amazing cook. I don't know how she does it. But everything thing she cooks is perfect. I mean its better than any five star restaurant. When ever she cooks she always goes to the basement and comes out with a small bag. I have no idea what is in the bag or in the basement, she keeps it locked and doesn't let me down there. One day I ask her how she does it. "That's a secert for me to know and you to never find out" she says with a smile.
I decide to skip work today without her knowing. I watch her from a distance as she goes to her car and drives away to get some groceries. This was my chance, I get out of the car and ran to the house. I find her key to the basement and go downstairs. Nothing looked odd at all. What was so special about this place? I look around and find a locked door at the left end of the basement. I unlock it with the same key. I open the door and see hooks hanging from the rafters, body parts on tables, a torso hanging on one of the hooks, and even bones on the floor. In the middle of the room is a giant cauldron with a flame under it. It looks like soup is in the cauldron.
I slam the door shut and turn to run up the stairs, when I am greeted by my wife, standing next to the stairs. "So, you know my secret" she says with a blank look on her face. She pulls a knife from behind her and walks towards me. I back up into the door and open the door revealing the room with bodies. I walk backwards, not taking my eyes off her, while reaching for anything to use as a weapon. I back up and hit a table, I grab something, I thinks its an arm! I hit her with the arm as hard as I can. I run past her and up the stairs. I get out of the house and to my car. I grab my phone to call the police, when I realize I'm not alone in my car. I feel a sharp pain in the side of neck and feel blood gushing and choking me.
I see who it is, its my wife. She is smiling and licking the sides of the knife "mmm I knew you'd taste the best" she says and stabs me repeatedly.
