Piper's POV

It was the next day at work, and Piper loved it. She loved seeing her care group, they were all great. Even if Leo was on the chatty side.

"Piper, do you think lillies or roses are better?" Leo asked.

"Defiantly roses." Piper answered. "Why? Anyone special?" She smirked.

"No, just asking.." Leo blushed, as he drank his water.

Piper shook her head and went to check on Jason. His other nurse, Reyna, had been tending to him for the past hour. She decided that she could lend her a hand.

Piper opened the door slowly and saw Jason, attempting to jump out the window. Again.

"JASON, NO!" Piper yelled as she shut the frame closed. "Where's Reyna?!"

"She went to give something to Dr.D." Jason said, picking at the frame.

"And she left you alone?!" Piper asked

"She said it wouldn't take long.." Jason said.

Piper sighed as Reyna walked in.

"Oh hello Miss McLean." Reyna greeted.

"JASON ALMOST JUMPED OUT THE WINDOW!" Piper alerted.

"What?! Jason Grace, that is the most irresponsible thing I've ever heard of! Besides Valdez setting his hair on fire, but that's another story..." Reyna mumbled.

"You shouldn't've left him alone!" Piper glared.

Reyna sighed. "Jason is my responsibility today. I'd lay off, I know what I'm doing!" Reyna snapped.

Piper rolled her eyes, told Jason she'd be back in an hour, and left. Reyna sure could piss her off.

Piper decided to check on Leo. She went into his room, and found him sulking under his bed.

"Leo... Leo what are you doing?" Piper asked, in a soft voice.

"I'm having boy troubles and I'm really bummed out, okay?!" Leo snapped, and he crawled out from his "cave".

"Boy troubles?" She asked, knowing who he was talking about.

"It's Nico... We kissed the other day and I really, really, really, like him, but I don't know what to do because we haven't talked about it since it happened and I'm worried that I've scared him off."Leo said in a big breath.

Piper smiled sympathetically. "Aww. Well, why don't you just ask him about it? Maybe he's been waiting for you to say something because he feels exactly the way you do."

"Maybe... Maybe I could get him something?" Leo asked, smiling wide.

"Great idea. I'll take you into town today and we'll get Nico a nice gift"

Leo grinned. "Thank you so much Piper!!" He hugged her tightly and rushed off to the lounge.
