Coremark pressed free of the solar system and Pon-shea sat in her quarters. Ki rested her head in her white gloved hands. She hadn't said a word since they left. Pon-shea glared at her and she buried her head in her hands.

"Why are you pouting?"

"You referred to me as it," she squeaked in the most annoying voice Pon-shea could imagine.

"Sorry, if I hurt your feelings but that's in the past." Her bot jumped up and threw her arms around Pon-shea's neck.

"I forgive you," she danced around the room, twirling like a ballerina. Pon-shea noticed the motions were fluid and realistic and it gave her a sliver of hope, but was she any good in a fight. Had the Marangetti even put any fight in her? It was time to find out.

"Being me that cup of water over there, please."

Pon-shea flew across the room in one fluid motion, aiming for Ki's back. The bot stepped to the side without looking and caught Pon-shea arm before she slammed into the wall. Ki cut her eyes at Pon-shea with a devious smile on those black lips and said, "If you want to test my combat abilities, you only need to ask."

Then it hit her and she knew Ketty was right, she had found the bot for her.
